We had a great holiday in Japan - thanks to Jenny for booking and arranging travel, accommodation, and activities! Her insights, advice and experience that she shared from her own recent trip to Japan were very helpful in shaping our holiday and our choices. We only went for 10 days in total, but it was absolutely enough time to enjoy different cities and experiences, to get a real insight and flavour for Japan, it's culture, and fantastic cuisine.

Planning a family holiday with a 2 year old is no easy task, but with Jenny’s help it was such an enjoyable and exciting experience! From our first chat Jenny made me feel I was in expert hands. She not only listened to our requirements but she also shared some suggestions. What I loved most about working with Jenny was her responsiveness and attention to detail. No question was too big or too small and she handled everything brilliantly. Magical trip to Lapland Just back from a wonderful hosted trip to Lapland with our Travel Counsellor Jenny Evans. The trip was amazing! Everything was so organised and ran so smoothly - from a reindeer ride at sunrise to snow mobiling at night across the lake. We even managed to see the Northern lights on a forest trek! The husky sledding was truly special too. So many memories made and nothing too much trouble for Jenny. Thank-you!

I highly recommend Jenny at Travel Counsellors who booked our recent holiday in the Caribbean, 1 week in Barbados followed by a week sailing the Windward Islands on the Royal Clipper. The holiday was amazing and seamless. Jenny provided an excellent and personal service.

Jenny has been great booking four trips for us now I think. We give her our requirements and she does the legwork for us, coming back with a range of choices. Jenny is always very patient too. We once had an issue with a villa we stayed at, where we needed to phone Jet2 and the call waiting times were long - and Jenny did this for us so we could enjoy our holiday rather than spend an hour or two on the phone, which was so kind and amazing. I booked a short break to self catering accomodation in Skipton for myself and my mother through Jenny. I explained what we were looking for and Jenny sent the details of four possible alternatives. All would have been suitable and we picked out one that appealed the most. The booking process was very simple and the paperwork was delivered. Sadly, owing to the introduction of local lockdown restrictions which prevented travel, we had to cancel. There was no difficulty in canceling or in arranging a refund. I will certainly book through Jenny again when the opportunity arises.

Although l never met Jenny I felt l was talking to a friend. She put a lot of effort in finding us the the right flights to travel in and around Australia. Unfortunately we had to cancel because of Covid restrictions but again she handled that brilliantly and we received a full refund. We shall be back Thank you Jenny

We used Jenny at Travel Counsellors for the first time and she could not do enough to help. We changed our requirements a few times and this did not phase Jenny who always came back quickly and efficiently. She managed to get some specific room upgrades at a hotel we have stayed at many times but could not get these rooms through other agencies.
