Jodi went beyond everything to help us travel from South Africa. We were hindered by lack of WiFi and technology but she amazed us by getting all our documentation for us. Plus organising meet and assist for us! Fights went smoothly and transitioning through airports made as easy as possible under very difficult times. My husband not able to walk any distance and we are 73 and 76 respectively. In fact the score should be an 11. Thank you Jodi.
