Jodie was professional, friendly, helpful and very efficient from the very start. She remained in contact throughout, even regularly checking and texting the weather to assure us our flight was going ahead (bad snow in the UK when we were flying out). I booked a holiday with Jodie to Lapland December 2014. From start to finish the service was very personal, Jodie was helpful, responded to all my emails instantly with any query I had, as the holiday had been booked well in advance of departure I had forgot a few things! I wanted to take my daughter to NYC for her 21st birthday and was given Jodie's name on recommendation by my hairdresser. I was not disappointed! Jodie took time to understand exactly what we wanted out of our trip and what kind of 21 year old she was dealing with! She booked the perfect hotel in a fabulous spot near to everything we wanted to do. The flights she booked were at perfect times for us - Jodie liaised with me throughout the whole period making sure I was happy with the arrangements. She went the extra mile by booking helicopter flights and Broadway theatre tickets for us leaving it all very stress-free for me! Jodie followed up by phoning once we got back to check everything had gone well and that there was nothing she could have done better (there wasn't!).
