I used Jodie for the first time this year. She came recommended to me by someone who travels a fair amount, so I was happy to act on that recommendation. Jodie was professional, friendly, helpful and very efficient from the very start. She remained in contact throughout, even regularly checking and texting the weather to assure us our flight was going ahead (bad snow in the UK when we were flying out). She continued to keep in touch whilst we were on our trip, to ensure all was good. Her service is exemplary and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again. I have passed her name on to a few of my friends. Jodie deserves to do very well; she goes above and beyond any travel consultant I have used historically. I wont hesitate to use her again.

Jodie arranged my sisters' honeymoon for her a few years ago, therefore she recommended me to Jodie to arrange my honeymoon. I cannot recommend Jodie highly enough! Nothing was too much trouble - even when one of our party had to fly onto a separate destination. Not only did Jodie find me an unbeatable price for our dream holiday to Disneyworld, Florida she was able to make sure we understood all that was available to make sure we took advantage of all that we wanted to. Jodie was a life saver in getting a honeymoon package sorted in short notice. I would not have enjoyed it as much as I did if it wasn't for Jodie. Jodie is an absolutely fantastic lady to help you with your holiday...nothing is too much trouble. We went to Cuba late last year with a group of friends, to celebrate a wedding. Jodie worked tirelessly to answer all our questions and even took the time out to respond to an email late evening of the day prior to travel, due to a change in my requirements. There are little additional touches too, which were so unexpected: luggage labels / travel visas - all details had been completed before being sent out to us - this is exceptional! I booked a holiday with Jodie to Lapland December 2014. From start to finish the service was very personal, Jodie was helpful, responded to all my emails instantly with any query I had, as the holiday had been booked well in advance of departure I had forgot a few things! At the start of an idea Jodie saved me the trouble of searching the travel companies for the best deal for what we wanted to do, and she came up with options to help us make the right decision. Nothing was too much trouble , service with a smile and the personal touch of writing a letter to our daughter from santa was absolutely fantastic, she was so excited to receive it. All the hassle like doing the luggage labels was done for us, so no stress at all I would definitely book again and recommend your service. We had a fantastic holiday, the resort was as you said and although we said once in a life time trip we might have to go again sometime!
