Whole process from deciding destination, through to booking was seamless, took the whole pressure off having to navigate the World of travel myself! I have to pass on a huge THANK YOU for the brilliant support for all the travel, parking and hotel arrangements for our Swiss Trip (we arrived back home weary but happy at about 6 pm yesterday !) All of the hotels were brilliant, they all got us in with no issues, the parking was ace, the rooms were great and it really helped get the most out of the trip. We should also call out the brilliant attitude of the team at the Bernerhoff....that was a great choice. Thanks so much....and I am now working on ideas for next year !!!

Just wanted to let you know that Julie is a real find, she followed up with Dad in Edinburgh a couple of days ago to make sure he was sorted for the last hurdle, asked the hotel to print his boarding pass to hand to him at check-in, and provided instructions for transfer Amsterdam. Can't begin to thank you enough for all the holiday arrangements for Dubai. To say we had a fabulous time is probably not doing it justice. The hotel , restaurant for Emma's 50th and the transfers were all top drawer. All the docs we needed were easy to access via the app as were the tickets for Burj Khalifa- which never disappoints!! Really appreciate the effort you went to in making Emma's 50th a very special day and a family holiday we will all remember.
