For over 25 years I have been fortunate to travel the world and experience different cultures and I have had my business with Travel Counsellors for the last 6 years. My travels have been a very varied combination of travelling with large groups, as a couple and with my young family plus I also have extensive business travel experience within Europe. I have visited many places including multiple visits to the USA ranging from NYC, Boston, Chicago, LA and San Francisco, Las Vegas and Florida. I have travelled widely within Europe across many cities, beach and ski locations and to far flung places such as Thailand, Borneo , Sri Lanka, Cuba, Dubai the Bahamas and South Africa.

Can't begin to thank you enough for all the holiday arrangements for Dubai.
To say we had a fabulous time is probably not doing it justice. The hotel , restaurant for Emma's 50th and the transfers were all top drawer. All the docs we needed were easy to access via the app as were the tickets for Burj Khalifa- which never disappoints!! Really appreciate the effort you went to in making Emma's 50th a very special day and a family holiday we will all remember.

Julie was fab. Got to know exactly what we were after (and we are not an easy group ??) from the skiing trip. Researched all locations and came back with a few great deals and different options. Julie was so helpful and patient, due to unforseen circumstances we had to cancel our booking for July and re-arrange for an earlier date and find a different location, after finding our holiday we then had to delay the final booking and despite having to look at different departure dates Julie was always willing to help. Just wanted to drop a quick line to say how superb our holiday was to Dubai. We had an outstanding time and the trip to the Burj Khalifa will live long in the memory, it truly is an inspiring place to be. Having only discovered the details of the trip on my birthday it was a great surprise but the level of information we got from you was really informative and excellent; so transfers and the trip were much smoother than us trying to resolve ourselves. Julie has been an absolute dream come true. We booked our honeymoon to Thailand with her but unfortunately due to covid we had to postpone. We decided to take a mini trip to Budapest instead and Julie sorted everything out for us. With the constant changing of rules and regulations around covid, Julie has made sure we are up to date and know exactly what we need to do, when, and where. My dad died suddenly in Cape Town in May '21 but South Africa was on the Red list for Covid travel from UK and Manchester was not an approved hotel quarantine airport! Trying to work out the logistics whilst grief-stricken was just too much for this seasoned traveller. Julie rescued me! She sorted flights, the necessary forms, what Covid tests I needed when and kept in touch during my whole trip to check if I needed anything, even throughout my hotel quarantine. I felt so safe and looked after that I was able to focus on my family and myself. We will use Julie every time we travel in future, without question.

I just wanted to write and thank you for the recent holiday to Cuba that you organised for myself and my family. The service that you provided was fantastic, finding us premium economy seats at amazing prices, great central hotels and some incredible excursions too.
The hotel in Havana was so central we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We all loved the Old Havana Eats tour, the guide was very knowledgeable and took us to try some local delicacies that we would never have found left to our own devices.
After a frantic few days in Havana we headed off the beach to relax for a week. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities and our room was a fantastic size.
I can't wait to see what you come up with for my next break away. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone considering booking a holiday as she really does know her stuff and will help you explore and find all of the hidden treasures wherever you go

Using Julie for the first time was superb. I have a busy working life and usually let my wife organise our breaks, however this time I wanted to give a professional a try. The experience was excellent and my wife was over the moon with what she came back to us with. We've not been on the holiday yet but we are really looking forward to our break.
