I began my career in travel in the mid-1990s. The choice and types of holidays have changed dramatically since I started and so has how you book them, with Travel Counsellors leading the way.
The popularity and selection of cruises is now immense – and so are some of the ships – but in terms of value for money, it’s an amazing holiday. I know there’s a cruise for everyone because I been on so many myself! From an uninterrupted trans-Atlantic voyage to New York, to a trip round-Britain calling at unique ports – I’ve done it! Cruises for the whole family are amazing also – there’s so much to do on the latest ships, even my hardest customers to please, my two children, agree.
Gone are the days of choosing between a one or two week holiday. With Travel Counsellors I have access of hundreds of airlines and an endless list of hotels so you can have a tailor-made holiday. Whether it’s a customised package flying from a local airport, like Bournemouth or Southampton for me, to a multi-destination itinerary including flights with leading scheduled airlines, using the latest technology I have as a Travel Counsellor, I can do it.
Through the hundreds of suppliers I can select from and the specialist tour operators I deal with, no travel idea is a challenge. My favourite trips are simple for me as a Travel Counsellor – worldwide itineraries taking in the best of Australasia, mid-haul city breaks like Dubai, once-in-a-lifetime visits to Father Christmas in Lapland and even luxury breaks in the UK.
As a Travel Counsellor I have the time to get to know you, to understand what type of holiday you’re looking for (including the experiences and memories you’d like to make), and I can provide an extremely high level of service. I live on the south coast between the sea and the Purbeck hills, in a Saxon town called Wareham in Dorset. If you live in the surrounding areas I am more than happy to visit you, meet up or even come and visit me.
