Kirsty did such an excellent job of planning my holiday - I had the most amazing time and it was totally hassle free. Kirsty booked all my flights, my transfers, and my tour so there was nothing for me to worry about. She even checked me in for my flights, printed all my paperwork and wrote my luggage tag! It was so reassuring, as a first time solo traveller, that she was only a message away if I needed anything at all. We have just returned from a lovely short break arranged by Kirsty. From start to finish she has been so incredibly helpful and transparent. She tailored the holiday to our exact requirements and kept us fully in the loop the whole time. She was patient with all my requests and was happy to change things until it was just perfect. I trusted her completely to make sure that our journeys ran smoothly and the reassurance of knowing that, if there's were any issues, she would be right there to deal with them. Luckily everything went perfectly and we didn't need any additional help while we were aboard but the knowledge that she was there is we needed her made our holiday all the more relaxing. Kirsty took away all my stresses for my holiday! She booked my connecting flights and hotel, and my full holiday - hotel flights transfers and two day trips!
