Incredibly well organised service from Lee. Travel arrangements were brilliant . Pre travel information arrived in plenty of time to check.. Hotel in Hong Kong brilliant and well positioned. Guided tour by local guide informtaaive and spell binding. All flights by Cathay Pacific organised effeciently and local Staff helpful beyond.
Lee on the whole trip was incredible with us step by step and available for fdirection and advice at all times.
His organisational skills were well to the fore and it was evident that much preperation had taken place in the year before the event. Well thought out trips showing the culture of Japan in so many ways. It was good to have such an approachable travel expert on hand virtually 24 hours a day. Good social skills and a sense of humour are also very evident and problems dealt with quietly and effeciently. Our trip to Hong Kong and Japan was a wonderful experience,tiring yes but took in so much on this once in a lifetime experience. Thank you so much Lee for all your hard work to ensure our and others holidays went off with out a hitch.

I have just returned from Tokyo where I attended the athletics championships and then had a four day add on tour to round off a very memorable holiday.
Lee arranged and booked my flights simple you might think but not when you are dealing with someone who is frightened of flying and who as never done a long haul flight before Lee helped through this even phoning me to explain the kind of flight I would be undertaken and how best to cope on board the plane.
The add on tour was amazing and the choice of hotels first class the company that Lee had arranged to be our guides were very well informed of the places we visited .
I have travelled with Lee now quite a lot following athletics and I can only say it’s an outstanding service from start to finish his attention to detail and customer relations is second to none it’s a personal touch and among the group I was with makes you feel totally reassured.
I cannot put in to words really but for me Lee offers a service which is of a very high standard and I have been on few trips now and that high standard is consistent throughout.

The connection to Naples from Rome was seamless and each traveller was given their own personalised itinerary for returning home from Sorrento. If there was a higher number we would use it eg. 20+ .Lee rescued us within minutes without making us feel like idiots, when we had not realised that we had to book flights for a trip to Rome. We just recently returned from 9 days in Budapest and we can say that it was a 5 Star experience, led by Lee and his team. Firstly, I cannot thank you enough for all your superb organisation for my trip to Budapest for the World Athletics Champs, then my add on trip to Vienna.
The entire trip was amazing , the Athletics tickets were superb, as were the two hotels that I was booked into in Budapest and Vienna. All my transfers were perfect.
Even with the Gatwick Air Traffic Control major issue, you worked tirelessly to try to resolve everyone's problems.

Lee is very professional, gives an excellent service, replies very swiftly to any query, and on the phone sounds like a jolly nice person. I have booked several holidays with him, including one which ultimately had to be cancelled due to the first Covid lockdown. So not only did he book the holiday, he then had to unbook it and negotiate refunds, which must have taken him hours. I have known Lee since 2005 when he intervened in a complicated and slightly stressful negotiation between, myself, my better half and a Finnish hotelier over our preference for a double bed rather than two single beds.
