Lisa was so helpful and quickly understood how best to work with me. I have limited time and ability to organise holidays for myself and wasn't getting around to taking some much needed time off. Lisa very quickly and efficiently had a two week holiday to Corfu booked for me. Now all my holiday documents and details are in one app and Lisa will even check me in for my flights! Lisa Sanderson went above and beyond to make this trip special and helped sort the little extra details like an airport hotel, advised on transfers and helped sort out a hire car. The flight times were great and she booked our plane seats for the back which is where we prefer. On landing we realised when trying to collect the hire car that we had forgotten to bring a credit card in the right name so Lisa contacted the hire company and got it all sorted for us. She kept in close contact in the run up to the holiday about the construction work next to the hotel in case we had any questions and even ensured the hotel had the mandatory beach mats available for us to use.

We are not particularly well travelled - Cornwall, Lake District or Spain in the days when we had the kids with us - so needed to ensure we got exactly what suited us, within the the budget we had set. Lisa sat with us as we "prattled on" about our likes, and especially our dislikes. Then, a couple of days later, proved that she had indeed listened to us by suggesting what turned out to be a perfect trip which we will never forget. 5 STAR rating from us.

Seoul, Sydney and Uluru....a perfect trip The travel arrangements for my 2 month trip to South Korea and Australia were seamless. Check-ins and boarding passes were in my TC app making my life so easy. Transfers were on time and reliable. My trip to Uluru was also perfect and the accommodation was very comfortable despite temperatures in excess of 40 degrees Celsius. Lisa Sanderson took care of all the travel and accommodation and all I had to do was turn up! Thank you.
