I have now travelled to Iceland five times at different times of the year, from snow-dusted winter landscapes to long summer days. Each visit has deepened my knowledge of the country and the trusted local partners I work with. Iceland in winter is magical, but it is also unpredictable. High winds, snow and changing conditions can and do affect plans.  The difference with the suppliers I work with is that they do not simply cancel and send you back to your hotel. Instead, they think creatively and work with me to build a Plan B.  You are not travelling all the way to Iceland to have your tour cancelled and sit in your hotel room.
