After a long hiatus (part arrival of a new baby and part global pandemic) our first trip back to foreign soil could not have got off to a better start. This long, overdue trip was planned in Jan 2021 with Lyndsay. From the initial enquiry process, we felt we were in very safe hands. Our holiday criteria included a family-friendly hotel with an all-inclusive option, excellent food and a good range of facilities. Lyndsay hit the jackpot! Ikos Andalusia was recommended to us as a deluxe resort with a formidable all inclusive reputation. To say we were impressed is an understatement. This place a true gem - and for two rookie parents whose travel inexperience is relatively high, we were guided through every post-COVID formality expertly by Lyndsay. From great flight times, a perfect room selection for our needs, private transfers and even the great advice amidst the chaos at Manchester airport, Lyndsay dealt with every request and created a seamless itinerary for our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful. Considering it’s size and full occupancy, it felt very spacious and low-key. Although it is a hotel of very high calibre, it has such a relaxed vibe, and not at all pretentious. The guest experience was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and we really felt that staff cared about ensuring our holiday was perfect. Our junior suite catered for our needs, particularly with an infant. It was spotlessly clean and generously proportioned. There was an abundance of hotel facilities; mWe dined like kings every day. To sum up, every element was fantastic and ultiple pools, sporting activities, a gym and bike hire - all included in our package. F&B was the highlight. The wealth of choice of restaurant - both buffet-style and a la carte - was exceptional. We can’t thank Lyndsay enough for making our first family holiday so memorable and, as a result, we’ve already booked again for next year. Many thanks Lyndsay from three very happy holidaymakers.

It was a pleasure to deal with Lyndsay from start to finish. From the outset it was evident that she understood the brief , as she immediately suggested two destinations I was already considering. She also took on board that as a woman travelling alone, the choice of accommodation was important. I needed to feel safe and not just an anonymous guest. She was spot on with both choices. It was also comforting to know that I was being met at the airport and taken by taxi to my hotel and that Reception would be awaiting my arrival - I even had the name of the Receptionist. Nothing was too much trouble - I mentioned that I would like to do some walking and an e mail arrived soon after with a selection of walks and maps which I could download and take with me. Mine was a last minute break and Lyndsay was very efficient and accommodating - the entire process was carried out in just a couple of days. She made it clear to me that I was able to contact her at any time during my holiday should the need arise - but her attention to detail meant I didn’t need to - everything ran just as the itinerary said it would . Her cheerful demeanour was the icing on the cake.
