Margot offers a first class service, second to none. She has a friendly, hands on, positive approach and nothing is too much trouble. Margot has booked holiday packages and also flights only together with making Visa arrangements on my behalf and has found deals and seating arrangements that I could not found myself. Before Margot I used to have to sit in the travel agents for hours trying to arrange my holidays for them to go over budget for something I did not really want! Now my sanity is saved it's a quick phone call or email with what I want and my mission impossible budget. Margot has never made us feel that it is a bad time to ring or not had the time to discuss what we want or our budget is too low, she has always delivered us a good holiday at a good price. We had a 3 week window this winter to visit various places up the East Coast of Australia, after visiting relatives in Perth and didn´t want the hassle of having to find & book about 8 different types of accommodation.
