First of all, both you and Trevor were excellent from the very start and throughout. You made our lives a whole lot easier and sorted out the complex travel arrangements and smoothing the way. We also liked using the App, which made for easy access to everything we needed. All of this contributed to what was quite an adventure and a once-in-a-lifetime experience! So, in summary it was quite an adventure and a great holiday made a lot more relaxing and smoother with your work sitting behind it. We thank you both for all of your hard work. We will definitely be coming back to very soon to plan out our Australian adventure for the Spring. We have also recommended you to some of our friends.

Thank you for planning our recent trip to France and Spain. We had a fantastic time in all three venues and got to see the solar eclipse from a nature reserve - some other people but no huge crowds, clear sky and an amazing view! In fact it turned into quite an adventure as we had to recce the local area to find a viewing spot as there was no local organised spot. Great fun! Marguerite, the hotels you found us were great - especially the one in Niemes, so much character. We loved Niemes and would love to go back. It was right up our street - walkable, character and it was also festival time so on one of the nights we wandered around looking for the different street bands that were around the town and had supper next to a jazz band. We also enjoyed the fountains garden, the arena and the contemporary art museum. thank you for organising our trains - it was very reassuring that all the connections had been worked out, tickets booked and reservations had been made. It meant we could enjoy the journeys. Your obvious knowledge and enthusiasm for train travel was infectious. We are definitely train travel converts! . It was good to be able to walk up the train to stretch our legs and great seeing the countryside of the countries we were crossing! We definitely want to do another train trip.It was such an easy task booking with yourselves - you were both interested in our trip, happy to share your knowledge about venues and transport and the communication both pre-trip and during our trip was fantastic! I won’t hesitate to recommend you to all my friends! In fact, I have already passed on your details to a friend, who is planning a trip for next year for her 40th wedding anniversary. She went into high street travel agents for help and came away quite dissatisfied. I imediately said she needed to speak to you guys! we will be getting in touch about our Australia trip for next spring. Thanks again for all you did to make our trip such a success!

From the planning stages, Marguerite provided options, and ideas. This was a trip which involved flights with multiple airlines and hotels and people flying in from different countries. Marguerite was available to advise on the best possible timing and route, and followed up every step of the way, even clarifying certain concerns about the destination. During the trip, it was reassuring to know that, if something went sideways, Marguerite will be on hand to smooth it out.
