My sister and I wanted a trip away for Christmas somewhere with sun and the odd beach to relax on. Without a doubt Mark was fantastic!! With his ability to look into places which would fit with our budget. We soon agreed on a tour of Sri Lanka where Mark dealt with our flights and all the information we needed for the trip. A phenomenal two weeks later and we landed back in the UK refreshed from the Sri Lankan sun with the odd sunburn, but stress free with our flights and everything dealt with by Mark. I recently booked a trip to the States with Mark who made the whole process quick and easy. He sent me a quote which was great but I then noticed I had given him the wrong dates. Nothing was too much trouble and as soon as I gave him the correct dates I got a new quote again. Mark was able to check me in my flights and so this made the whole process simple and easy. We had a lovely time but had a slight problem with the pickup taxis service going back to the airport home. I recently contacted Mark from Travel Counsellors, regarding booking a honeymoon for me and my now wife Karen. Mark asked me what sort of budget I have in mind and we told him. With what probably wasn’t much for a honeymoon budget as weddings can be expensive, he came back to us with 10 nights in Thailand, I was very surprised for that sort of budget. Mark was not only helpful with finding the holiday and sorting everything out but he was also there every step of the way making contact with us to make sure everything was going O.K. at one stage he was texting us on WhatsApp and it must have been about 3am British time, so either he suffers from insomnia or this is great customer service. The holiday was fantastic and the staff in the hotel couldn’t do enough for us, the food in the hotel was great and the room was very impressive too. I found the whole experience to be extremely easy booking with Mark. I told Mark the requirements that I wanted and he responded and even went above and beyond to stay within budget, the arrangements and tours that we had Pre booked went very smoothly with pick ups from the hotel, even down to the pre booked return transport to the airport Overall I found using Mark to be a very pleasant transaction and I am happy to use him again.

I met Mark and immediately appreciated his friendly and genuine nature. He advised us that he would endeavour to get us a better deal on our holiday. He managed to beat the deal we had found and assured us that it was because it was a really good value deal at a good looking hotel. He then spoke to the hotel and researched the available activities for us. The holiday was very good, from the range/quality of food to the cleanliness of the rooms. Mark messaged me to remind me to check in for our flights in both directions and although not needed I am confident he would have helped us sort out any travel issue while abroad. We will definitely be speaking to Mark before booking our next holiday.
