It's Nice To Meet You

My name is Nicola Rawlinson and I am an independent travel agent. I have been in the travel industry for over 20 years.

I joined Travel Counsellors in 2004 and before that I was Manager at Travelworld in Guiseley.

I joined Travel Counsellors as I wanted to concentrate on giving my customers the highest possible levels of personal service and independent travel advice without targets. Therefore I can now ensure that I can focus on booking the right holiday for my customers.

I have travelled to many many places throughout the world. In addition I have participated in a number of training programmes. I hold a Dubai specialist qualification, along with many other certificates of achievement.

My favourite destination would have to be the Caribbean with the powder white sands and crystal clear waters.

As your own personal Travel Counsellor I can use our award winning technology and my personal expertise to tailor-make exactly the right holiday to suit your needs. Rather than selling you a standard tour operator package, I can quickly search through hundreds of different flight, accommodation and transfer alternatives to find something that suits your needs exactly. Quite often this means I can build you a bespoke holiday at a better price than the standard holiday package you might get elsewhere.

I recognise that not everyone is free to discuss their travel arrangements during the working week, which is why working from home means you can contact me at times when most other travel agents are unavailable, including evenings and weekends. This has also proved invaluable in the very unlikely event that you have a problem whilst in resort.

I can help you arrange any part of your travel arrangements - so whether it be a theatre break to London or a round the world cruise - I can help. As part of a large organisation I can also get you great deals on accommodation so if you need to know the best Paris hotels for a last minute holiday to France or the best Dubai hotels for a luxurious weekend in the sun please contact me. Of course I can help with any other travel arrangements you may have, including holiday car hire and holiday insurance.

My business is based purely on providing my customers with the highest possible levels of personal service and I would be delighted to assist you with your holiday plans.

A few years ago we had the good fortune to be given the phone number of Nicola Rawlinson when we were looking to book our holiday abroad. What luck that was for us! Nicola provides an extremely high level of service, very personalised and professional, yet friendly and relaxed at the same time. She is extremely helpful and can provide sound travel advice. We have booked several holidays with Nicola including trips to Tobago, Tenerife, Paris and Barbados and each trip has been well organised and hassle free. We have 2 small children aged 4 and 15 months and Nicola has gone out of her way each time to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible . The beauty of using Nicola as our personal travel agent is that it avoids the hassle of sitting in a travel agent's shop for hours while they trawl through endless package holidays. Nicola is only a phone call or an email away and she does all the research according to what type of holiday or break you are looking for and gets back to you with what deals she has come up with relevant to your personal requirements. In the past when we have had any queries about any aspect of our holiday she has only been a phone call away and has resolved any queries immediately. I booked a surprise trip to the Bahamas for my husband's 40th birthday only for the tour operator to change all the flights making them totally unsuitable when travelling with small children. Nicola got onto the job straight away, resolved the matter and went back to the drawing board to find us a fantastic holiday to Barbados, which was more suited to our needs. You would definitely not get that level of service anywhere else! Her service is second to none and we would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a high level of personal service and holidays tailored to your particular requirements. We certainly wouldn't look any further than Nicola to deal with all our holiday needs. Keep up the good work Nicola!
