I booked a surprise trip to the Bahamas for my husband's 40th birthday only for the tour operator to change all the flights making them totally unsuitable when travelling with small children. Nicola got onto the job straight away, resolved the matter and went back to the drawing board to find us a fantastic holiday to Barbados, which was more suited to our needs. You would definitely not get that level of service anywhere else!
