My name is Pam Hart Travel Counsellor, based in Market Deeping. My passion is making dreams come true for my travellers.
With thirty years of travel experience I am able to offer a unique, personal and very dedicated service for my customers. Personally I have travelled to many places around the world; USA, Canada, Barbados, Jamaica, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands, Iceland, Ireland, Romania, Cyprus, Malta, Greece, Italy, Spain, Gibraltar, Morocco, Portugal, Canaries, Grand Cayman, Kenya, Dubai, South Africa, Israel, Manchester, Mexico, Turkey, Scotland and Sri Lanka. I have also travelled extensively in the UK.
On my travels I like to try a little of everything. I have been horse riding on a beach in Jamaica, driven a dog sled in Banff and skied at 8000 feet on Sunshine Mountain. Birdwatching in Florida, been whale watching off Boston, viewed polar bears in Churchill and elephant’s in Sri Lanka, discovered the Big Five on Safari.visited numerous Cruise ships and watched the sun set over the Scottish Highlands with our two Black labs. But there’s still lots more that I want to do!
I have transported customers to the continents of Africa, Asia, Australia/Oceania, Europe, North America, and South America Looking forward to fulfilling a customers dream holiday to Antarctica to complete the set!

I just wanted to thank you so much for your help and patience recently in arranging a trip to see my family in the USA. I am travelling with my mum who is 82 years old along with my Aunt who has mobility issues so the right flights and cost was particularly important to me as we are also travelling within the USA during our trip. You worked with me to make sure we had the right flights at the right cost along with the relevant assistance we’ll need when we land and I want to thank you so much for your continued help, support and patience. Pam has really done a great job in booking. She was a great help even when I had to call her whilst on the way to the accomodation on how to get access to it. She is always very responsive to my queries. Thank you Pam for the work you have done. The location is lovely as it is on the hill as she had already informed me and made me aware. We had a lovely time in the accomodation after going around for day outs, and we were able to make home cooked meals as it fully equiped

Dear Pam.
I just wanted to say a big Thank You to you for arranging yet another wonderful holiday for Graham and myself.
I originally approached you regarding a specific hotel in Madeira that I wanted to stay at but at the same time you also gave me another option, Les Suites at Cliff Bay which was more competitive and offered additional extras. When I compared the two hotels, as you know our taste so well. I actually chose your recommendation over my own initial selection and we weren't disappointed.
To say this was the right decision is an understatement as the staff at Les Suites were so friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived and because it was our anniversary, they upgraded us to a Duplex suite which had its own lift!
Les Suites left us a bottle of Champagne in our suite, fresh fruit and all the soft drinks we wanted during our stay and we could actually see my original hotel choice from our two balconies!
As you know Graham and I value your expertise and opinion and look forward to arranging many more memorable trips with your help.

Good Evening,
I just wanted to say “Thank you” for your help in organising our trip to Belgium. We had a brilliant time and everything worked well. The two hotels were lovely, the one in Brussels was very centrally located but an oasis of calm as Brussels was very busy as it was a bank holiday weekend. The hotel in Brugge was more of a chain hotel but again located right in the heart of things which was just what we wanted. We made it to the Herge museum which was very interesting and a simple trip out from Brussels. We decided to use our time in Brugge to explore it and to leave Ghent for another trip. There was enough to do in our 2.5 days there as it is a very walkable city.
It was lovely to go abroad again after 3 years.

It therefore came as no surprise, when we decided to get married, that our honeymoon should be back to India and then on the Maldives, in fact back to the same island in the Maldives which you arranged for us in January 2016 as we were so impressed by your choice. The personal service you always provide to Graham and I is second to none and the little touches we receive from you before, during and after our travels are always so kind and thoughtful and make our trips even more special and memorable. Graham and I have used your services every year since 2015 as you are always eager to help and understand what we would like to do on our trips so you can then go on to tailor-make our dream holiday for us. Pam looked at flights to Australia for my husband to depart in March 2018. Pam does spend a lot of time ensuring the right flights/dates are suitable. I did book directly with the airline as the offer I found expired that day. This was 21.30 and I didn't want to bother Pam to book this. So in no way was this Pam's fault. In fact, she was quite upset that I hadn't called her, as usually we make our travel plans with Pam. The dates I booked were earlier dates that I did not mention to Pam. However my husband decided he could go earlier. I would like to endorse Pam as an excellent Travel Counsellor and an asset to your company.
