Hello, thank you for visiting my webpage and allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Pauline and I am based in Gillingham, Kent, where I live with my lovely husband Matthew. I have 4 boys aged between 21 and 39. I am proud of my family as are all mums and I thank them for all their support for me becoming a Travel Counsellor. I have truly found my dream job and sell dreams not just holidays.

I have been in the travel industry for over 40 years in many sectors so you can appreciate I have been to many destinations in that time both on business and for leisure. I have cruised, skied, visited theme parks as well as holidayed in the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Greece, Spain and Cyprus to name but a few and I love sharing my experiences with my customers.

Pauline arranged a long weekend break for my husband and I to Venice. Everything was perfect, we had an amazing trip. Pauline took care of everything from the private water taxi from airport to the Hotel Danieli and other little extras which made for the most memorable trip. A few hiccups which was out of Pauline's hands but she was right at the end of the phone when we needed her to put things right for us. Thoroughly recommend booking a trip with her and we wouldn't hesitate using Pauline and Travel Counsellors again.

I gave Pauline the details of the holiday we wanted and she came up with the ideal plan. We travelled to Gatwick first and Pauline arranged a hotel and car parking; it was the perfect start to our holiday. Our resort in Turkey had everything we wanted; Pauline had done her homework and everything we wanted was on site. Will definately be recommending my friends and will ask Pauline to help us again.
