Hi, I’m Pearl - welcome to my webpage, it’s great to have you here so I can tell you a little bit about me!
Having been born in Dublin I am proud of my Irish roots, but I am now based in Derbyshire with a young family. I am a Travel Counsellor with over 20 years of experience in the travel industry, having started my career as a member of the cabin crew for BMI Baby, before moving into crew control and live operations for DHL Air. Prior to this, I graduated with a degree in Travel and Tourism, so it’s obvious that travel is my real passion in life!
In my personal life I have travelled far and wide. Memorable long haul holiday destinations include Australia, the Caribbean and Dubai. Over recent years I have also enjoyed some European city breaks and have taken in some of the breathtaking sites in Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Vienna and Amsterdam.
I became a Travel Counsellor because I believe that my passion for travel, alongside my own experiences, make me well placed to provide a dedicated, personal and professional service to anybody looking to enjoy a personalised trip to their dream destination.
Working for Travel Counsellors enables me to provide a flexible and personal service that other travel operators can’t offer. I aim to go the extra (air) mile for every customer, making their trip as smooth and special as it possibly can be. I am also contactable day and night (via phone and email) should customers need anything from me during the booking process, or while they are away. Customer service is at the core of what I do and how I operate - I pride myself on providing the highest standard of service and my customers enjoying the best possible holidays/travel experiences.
As a Travel Counsellor, I am also able to offer you full peace of mind as your money is guaranteed through our financial trust fund and ATOL protection.
