Hi and welcome to the Rachael Burridge Personal Travel Counsellors webpage.

Firstly, a little bit about me...

I have worked in the travel industry for over 34 years and have a wealth of expertise to find you the dream holiday you are looking for, wherever that may be.

I offer an excellent personal service to my clients, with the latest technology at my finger tips.

The difference between a high street agency and Travel Counsellors is that I really care about finding my clients the best possible holiday to suit thier requirements and budget.

Not only will you never have to find that parking space, fight your way through crowded streets and finally end up queuing, you will have the freedom to call at a time that is convenient to you, to discuss your travel plans.

Rachel has been a star when helping us with holiday arrangements. She put together the perfect trip to USA using her knowledge and experience to ensure we were in the right hotels, none of which were available on similar "package" holidays. She has also had to deal with my medical requirements when flying. I have no hesitation in recommending her for excellent customer service.

Everything was looked after from beginning to end by Rachael. I felt very confident in her ability to plan and organise my holiday to meet my needs. It took any stress out of preparation and all the paperwork was to hand with simple explanations. Even the luggage labels looked good! I would definitely recommend Rachael to my friends and family.

We have booked several holidays with Rachael and she is extremely knowledgeable. We like to travel independently and she has put together several itineraries for us which have all been excellent. As she knows what type of accommodation/destination we like she will make helpful suggestions and also tell us if we wouldn't like somewhere. She is currently working on our 2011 holiday, can't wait!!
