We booked our trip to Florence with Rich and it was great from start to finish. He kept us up-to-date regarding our flights, check in, booked our tours. We asked to book a food tour and we can’t thank Rich enough for arranging one of the most amazing street food tours we’ve ever been to, we highly recommend eatingeurope. Also, our flight on the way back was cancelled, we were very stressed but Rich kept situation under control. He rebooked our flight straight away as well as booked us a hotel room as we couldn’t go back the same day. It didn’t affect us financially as it was all covered. From start to finish, Rich has been an absolute gem. He listened carefully to our requirements and came back with a variety of tailored options before booking. Rich checked in on us whenever needed and honestly made our extra day in Florence so much easier and more enjoyable than it would have been if we’d had to deal with the flight issues ourselves. Have just returned from an amazing holiday booked through Richard. Tailoring the holiday to my specific needs and organising everything from the hotel booking, flights, airport transfers and day trips out the level of customer service was exceptional. Richard could not have been more helpful, he found me the perfect holiday for me and my little one, within budget and all our requirements (board type, water slides, short transfer time) his suggestion of doing fast track at the airport was amazing and a must especially when travelling with kids. He sorted our day trip to a water park emailing our tickets and confirming our pick up for the transfer back aswell. Everything from start to finish of the process was easy and professional.
