Hi, my name is Sarah and I am your Travel Counsellor based in Highgate, North London.
I have a young family but still love to travel and I have a passion for organising everything from bespoke long haul and short haul holidays to flights only or a few nights in a hotel.

I help create memorable trips for my clients. By taking the time to get to know you personally I will build a detailed picture of the places you like to visit and the things you love to do on holiday, allowing me to truly tailor-make your trip.
I provide a personal service which is simply not available when booking your travel online. Client satisfaction is tremendously important to me and I pride myself on personal care, treating every holiday as if it were my own and going the extra mile for my clients. You will always speak to me and with flexible hours I am available at times to suit you, including weekends.
I know how difficult it can be travelling with children and I can advise how to make your trip go smoothly and help with making things easier on arrival. My personal service will take away those doubts we all have on going somewhere new.
I started in the travel industry over 25 years ago after I came back from 18 months in Australia and South East Asia/India. Since then I have worked in a specialist bespoke long haul travel agency, group travel and spent a long time in business travel and events.
In that time I have travelled extensively and have been lucky enough to visit numerous countries plus some more exotic places such as Costa Rica, The Philippines and West Africa. Dubai is one of our favourite mid haul destinations, especially with kids.
I am fortunate enough to have family in Kenya and Tanzania so for the last 20 years I have been there every year and could count myself as a bit of an East African expert. I have even taken my six year old on safari a few times - I don’t think he realised how lucky he is! However he is equally happy in a pool or on a beach in Europe.

The lovely Sarah Jane organized our trip to Cuba in December.Iit was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, changes could be made last minute without any problems and the people on location couldn't be more helpful. Thank you Ms Moss for making our break so wonderful. Sarah, was the most patient travel counsellor, ever. I was booking a holiday with two different families in three different time zones. She was really understanding about all our different needs, logistics and budget requirements. I really don't think we would have managed to pull this holiday off without her. She has found us an amazing house and really took the stress out of planning the holiday. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is my holiday genie!

I used to get stressed out each time I had to book a holiday because of how time consuming and overwhelming the process could be. There are so many options and prices for every element! So when Sarah offered to help I didn't hesitate to accept. Sarah found us the best deals and gave us well researched options to choose from. She is always available to chat through any questions and really wants to ensure you're happy. I actually felt a bit guilty that it was so easy for us and that she had done all the hard work for free. Well, clearly not that guilty because I have been taking advantage of her free service and using her to book our family holidays since!
