We initially looked at other options (which were great, just not 100% what was in our hearts) as we had written off a safari when looking into it before speaking to Sheila, as we didn't think we could make it happen, however she knew a safari was really what we wanted to do, so she went away and made this happen! We saw the big 5, the lodges/camps were stunning, everything went perfectly, and the experience was so incredibly special and unforgettable. We didn’t have a clue where to even start with our honeymoon to Thailand - we were nervous with it being the first long haul holiday we’d been on and wanting to make it truly once in a lifetime. Having spoken to a few different travel agencies it felt like none of them quite hit the mark and understood what we were looking for. Then I was recommended Sheila by and friend and that’s when everything changed! In one phone call she took down all the information - all our hopes, likes, dislikes and put together a package that sounded amazing. She gave us LOADS of choice of hotels and activities and the best part was that it was always within budget. Had an amazing family trip to Disneyland Paris for a large group of 7 adults and 2 kids for a special 40th birthday. The planning by Sheila Sparkes was excellent, it ran smoothly couldn't fault a thing. We had the most magical time and the experience was made so easy through Sheila as she was always available to help couldn't recommend her enough if you want to make your holiday planning easier and stress-free.

I cannot recommend Travel Counsellors highly enough. Sheila worked tirelessly to sort my flight tickets out to enable me to bring my very frail elderly father home from South Africa. She gave me very sensible advice and contacted me throughout my journey to make sure I made all the right choices to bring father home.

We were introduced to Sheila by friends of ours who constantly travel abroad. Just got back from a 16 day trip to Thailand , 4 different destinations . We booked through Sheila Sparkes at Travel Counsellors again and we can not recommend her enough. Fabulous Service We had a fabulous holiday organise by Sheila Sparkes from Travel Counsellors. We travelled to Dubai, Bali and Singapore and everything was seamless from flights to hotels to transfers. Crucially, when our return flights were cancelled due to the Middle East conflict, Sheila was on hand to reassure us and swiftly managed to transfer our flights to another airline, incurring no extra cost to us, and ultimately got us home safely! I would not hesitate to recommend Travel Counsellors to anyone looking to book a holiday and have peace of mind that you will be looked after no matter what situation is thrown at them.

We originally booked a holiday to Couples Swept Away in Jamaica but my husband suddenly developed severe pain in his hip which restricted how far he could walk. So Sheila once again went over and above to change our hotel to a more suitable one, this being just a couple of weeks before we travel!!! She also managed to get the quoted price reduced too. I really don’t know what we would have done without her help, probably had to cancel the holiday. Thank you so much Sheila

Sheila Sparkled 🌟 Sheila Sparkes has been absolutely amazing from start to finish, helping us plan and book our dream road trip through California, followed by a relaxing all-inclusive stay in Mexico! Not only did she do this flawlessly once, but she went above and beyond to do it all over again after we had to postpone due to family ill health.
