Our experience using Stephanie Rae was second to none. From day one of our meeting she put a plan together, utilising 'Inside Japan', for the Japanese leg, then carried out our wishes in terms of airlines and routes. No detail was left out and we had tremendous interaction as the itinerary was finalised. She ensured that she kept in constant email contact where ever we were in the world, making sure we were having the best experience. The Perfect Italian Honeymoon We can’t thank Stephanie enough for planning the most incredible honeymoon. From the very beginning, she spent so much time with us, patiently going back and forth to refine every detail until our itinerary was exactly what we wanted. She put together the perfect route through Italy, with time in Milan, Lake Como, Lake Garda, Florence and Lucca. It was the ideal balance of sightseeing and relaxation, and every hotel and recommendation worked seamlessly. Some of our favourite memories have been exploring the beautiful lakes, enjoying wine tastings, relaxing by the water and soaking up everything Tuscany has to offer. We also used the Travel Counsellors Honeymoon Gift List, which was brilliant. It was so easy to set up, and our friends and family loved being able to contribute towards our honeymoon instead of buying traditional gifts. It made the trip even more special. Our honeymoon has genuinely been everything we hoped for and more, and that’s down to Stephanie’s hard work, expertise and attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to plan a special trip, and we’ll definitely be using Stephanie for future holidays. Thank you for helping us create memories we’ll cherish forever!

Friendly and helpful.. booking for a larger group with separate travel dates must be challenging but Stephanie was professional, friendly and helpful.. her knowledge of traveling will help us book places of interest when we are there..

From suggestions, to ease of booking and payment to providing me all the information I required prior to leaving and while on my holiday, she was with us every step of the way. She checked us in on each flight so we never had to worry about the little things so we could just enjoy our time! She even sorted us out extra luggage for our return trip as I brought a few things back! When we got home there was even a little welcome home card and some little bits we would need coming home - she thought of EVERYTHING! We were given excellent advice on accommodation options and we were thrilled with the ones we chose. Stephanie was able to put us in touch with a local guide in Bali who really made our stay special with his local knowledge. We can’t thank Stephanie enough for her expertise and professionalism and the special touches she did to enhance our experience. We will be recommending her to all our friends and family.

Stephanie Rae Travel counsellor suggested, discussed and arranged our holiday of a lifetime. She tailored it to suit my husband and I to a T, where from start to end it was seamless, regardless of the number of hotels, transfer's and countries we visited, she was with us every step of the journey with us-always responding quickly when we had a question to checking us in so we didn't even have to give that a thought.
