Stephanie Rae Travel counsellor suggested, discussed and arranged our holiday of a lifetime. She tailored it to suit my husband and I to a T, where from start to end it was seamless, regardless of the number of hotels, transfer's and countries we visited, she was with us every step of the journey with us-always responding quickly when we had a question to checking us in so we didn't even have to give that a thought. Stephanie has been amazing: we had quite a challenging set of circumstances - a last minute booking, with different requirements, some vague and some very specific! She took her time to talk through what we wanted and then created a holiday plan that ticks all the boxes. She took away all the stress of trying to do this ourselves, and her friendly, proactive approach was incredible compared with high street travel agents. Steph organised the travel details for our holiday of a lifetime. She was amazingly efficient in booking our flights, transport within New Zealand and ferry crossings. She also organised accommodation for our first couple of nights in Auckland. I decided to go on a last minute holiday to join friends. I contacted Stephanie as I had searched and searched holidays. All internet advertising was cheap on website but when you phoned them prices where over £200.00 more than advertised. Stephanie found me the exact hotel I was trying to book and was at a competitive price. Once I agreed to book, Stephanie took all the stress out of the paperwork and did it all for me.
