Susan is knowledgeable, patient and really goes the extra mile to plan and arrange very unique travels experiences for us. She consults with us throughout the whole planning stages. She is passionate about her client requirements and has a great desire to ensure each aspects of our trip are fully meeting our requirements and needs. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always willing to adapt and amend suggested itineraries. Susan investigates counties and gains background information to share with us before we make final decisions. Susan found us flights, without a long layover in between, and accommodation in Sydney, between the dates which we had given her. Susan Burleigh went above and beyond to ensure my trip was tailored to match my requirements and within my budget. I also received tips and information on the places I planned to visit along with several options provided for hotels. Susan kept in touch and did everything to facilitate my trip , first class treatment and service. Once the holiday was complete I encountered some issues with airline delays and Susan kept in touch and ensured I got home as quickly as possible and is handling a complaint against the airline on my behalf.
