Tuscany visit
Siena was stunning, with cobbled streets and traditional shops, bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this for a romantic getaway. The hotels are small and friendly and the people go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It’s a stunning part of Italy and I would definitely return.
Florence is another stunning location with a lovely square to eat and enjoy a few drinks. I would recommend this again for couples wanting a romantic break. There are plenty of places to eat and lots of sightseeing to be done. The ice cream is amazing here!
We then went on to Rome and visited all the sights including the Trevi fountain, which was stunning. You can have a lovely photo moment here and there is plenty of room for everyone. We had a city tour which I would recommend so you don't spend all your time looking for things. The Vatican was beautiful; a top tip is to arrive as early as possible as it does get very busy, if you want to go inside.
Overall Italy is one of my favourite places in the world. It really is stunning and the buildings are beautiful.
