We had found a nice hotel in Lanzarote to go to and called Trina about it, she went to check for us, and very quickly came back with a great price and a few other options of resorts/holidays/dates etc if we had have needed them. When we had decided on the holiday she just sorted everything else out from there, right down to the boarding cards, luggage labels, booking confirmations etc, she even printed them for us and as we are local, dropped them off. Trina was fantastic from start to finish through the booking, and when I say finish, I mean a few days after we got home checking that all went well. She was able to be contacted at any point when I had questions before and during the holiday and with the whole quarantine thing changing every day, that was priceless for peace of mind. I would very much recommend Trina for booking a holiday through, having someone to contact is quite simply a must, rather than a machine after being on hold for hours, and the price was great as well. I recently booked a holiday to Las Vegas with Trina, there were 8 of us travelling and we had the most amazing time! We were sad about having to come home to be honest. The service Trina provided on this was second to none, she got us a brilliant deal and our flights consisted of a connection flight from Gatwick which couldn't have been timed better. There was little to no waiting time between flights which was a very big plus. I highly recommend Trina as your travel counsellor and I will certainly use her services again for future trips.

We booked our holiday with Trina in January she was very helpful in getting us the best price available. We went to salou on the 16th July. Trina had all our boarding passes tranfer papers and hotel paperwork printed out for us. Everything went like clockwork from start to finish. We recently returned from a week in Lanzarote in the Costa Sal Villas. We couldn't have been happier, and Trina was very helpfull in finding out the best possible holiday for us as we were three families of different ages and needs. Trina booked our holiday for myself and four friends, this was a holiday that celebrated a 30th birthday and a girls' holiday at the same time. Trina was great from the first time we spoke. Everything was so easy - we wanted a reasonable priced holiday to San Fran and Las Vegas and this is what Trina give us. The support we received from her was fantastic, easy to book and pay for over the phone no hassle. Trina sorted out all our paperwork and travel documents. Our accommodation in both locations was fantastic central to everything and clean. We definitely had a holiday of a lifetime. We wouldn't know how we could thank Trina as she took the stress away from organising our whole holiday and booking our extra trips. Even when on holidays and losing the documentation for our flight home Trina was always on hand and able to email me a copy. As a special needs family we don't find it an easy decision to go on holiday but at the same time view life too short not to overcome our fears. When we decided to go abroad my list was as long as my arm and no destination/resort would be accepted until all boxes were ticked. I have never experienced effective communication and consistent support from any travel agent in the quality Trina provided - first class rated for sure! Trina sourced the perfect accommodation for us, booked our special assistance in both outward and inward flights as well as booking our private transfers. We have never experienced an easier check in and boarding until now! On return home we had the most generous and thoughtful gift along with a welcome home card from Trina which blew us away! Kindness comes easy to this lady. I would recommend Trina to anyone thinking about going on holiday, especially those with special needs and have recommended her highly to many other families I know already. We booked with Trina. There were 18 in our group and we went to Santa Ponsa. We stayed in the Plazamar serenity apartments. It was a perfect family holiday. The accommodation was super. The staff very friendly. The food was outstanding, in10 days the food never repeated itself, the choices were amazing. There was a lifeguard everyday, although the pool was a bit small it was adequate for everyone. It was our first family holiday away and I would highly recommend booking with Trina as our holiday was a great success.

I can't thank Trina enough for sorting a holiday for us. The week in Tenerife was amazing, as was the hotel we stayed in. Booking with Trina was so easy and she was always there to answer any questions we had about the holiday. She had everything organized for us. We were checked in 48 hours prior to boarding, which left us with more time to relax, and she even had our boarding passes printed. We literally had nothing to do other than turn up and drop off our bags. Would definitely book with her again, and would recommend her to friends and family any time.

I contacted Trina on Sunday 19th January for a quote on a holiday. This was just to ask her to have a look over the next few weeks but Trina was back to me on the Monday afternoon with a list of holidays! The service was outstanding and anything we asked for was sorted for us. Trina also contacted me while I was away to ensure all was ok as I had an 11month year old baby with me. The hotel was the Vila Petra in Portugal and it was amazing! Everything about it was first class. I would highly recommend Trina's services to anyone who's going abroad because you will have nothing to do or worry about, just pack your case and turn u!!
