Valerie has found the most beautiful fully-staffed villa for us (a family of 12!) to celebrate my mum’s 80th birthday next year. She made the whole process very simple for us and quickly offered solutions when we stumbled on a slight hiccup along the way. She has also taken care of the flights, luggage and transfers and has ensured the chef can accommodate all dietary requirements. We can’t wait for the trip now!

After finding we missed our flight back to Toronto we called Valerie. She helped us with everything - insurance calls, airline calls, etc. In the end she booked us a flight home and sorted everything out while we went to dinner. She was amazing.
