Alicia organised a family trip away for us to Corfu and I've been raving about her and the holiday ever since! She found us an absolutely stunning hotel that ticked all of the boxes we were looking for and ensured that the holiday was perfect from start to finish. We had some issues with passports prior to departure and Alicia helped us through this, going above and beyond every time we threw another curveball her way. Couldn't recommend her and her service enough and I'll definitely be using Luxeco Holidays for all my future trips.

The service we received from Alicia was excellent. She listed to our requirements, which were quite extensive and found us the perfect property. Communication was also excellent in terms of receiving necessary documents and finding the right dates and flights and information regarding Covid requirements. The trip I undertook was long and not straightforward. The help that Alicia provided was invaluable in not only the planning but also whilst I was travelling, checking with me that everything was going as planned. The service was first class meaning that I could be left to enjoy my holiday to the full without any undue stress.

Alicia helped us to organise a 3 centre holiday to the USA. We were given a range of hotels to choose from, she even managed to arrange a free upgrade in one of them for us. In addition she booked all our day trips, car hire and internal flights from NY to Orlando. Before leaving for the holiday she checked to make sure we had all the relevant documents and passes we needed. Unfortunately for us our holiday had to be cut short due to Hurricane Ian hitting Florida, Alicia organised our refund from the hotel and sorted out a discrepancy over how many nights we had stayed. It was great to have the post holiday debrief to give feedback about all the things we'd enjoyed. I would definitely recommend Alicia to others.
