As with a lot of people, I haven't ever used a travel agent but when booking a 'big' holiday we wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. Plus with all the challenges of travelling during the covid pandemic we wanted an expert. We booked our trip of a life time to America with Angela in January 2020, 6 people with hotels and RV hire touring the west coast of America! It was so easy to organise and it really took all of the stress away from me so I could really look forward to the trip. We paid our deposit and everything was booked. Then Covid hit and immediately Angela got in touch to reassure us that she was monitoring the situation with her team at Travel Counsellors. It soon became clear we would not be travelling in July and we were offered a full refund or credit. We opted for the credit as its nice to have the money put aside and we have now booked for a completely different holiday in 2021 and we’ve even got a bit left over for a weekend away later in the year. Angela has kept in regular contact throughout and I would always book with Travel Counsellors in future. Angela makes sure she understands your exact requirements and ensures you get the best deal.
