We found our recent holiday with tui online but called Angela and asked her to match it then booked it with her. I don’t trust big travel agents because I know if anything was to go wrong before or while we’re away Angela is straight on the phone and on the case! No call centres!!

I just wanted to give some excellent feeback about booking a cruise through your website. Absolutely brilliant! Angie rang me within 10 minutes of me submitting the form on your website. And the cruise was all booked and sorted with 45 minutes! Really stellar service. Love the TC portal where you make payments and can see the booking. Thanks again - it was a seamless experience and first time we've used a travel agent in about 25 years!

First time booking our first holiday as a family of three with Angela and honestly couldn't of wished for more. Was almost like booking with a personal assistant at hand. She was fantastic and price was competitive compare to what I had seen online or had been quoted at other travel agents, Angela handled everything, leaving less stress for me trying to think about what to pack/ take for a baby flying for the first time!
Angela really stepped up when our baggage was left in Edinburgh, she made the calls, was so quick to respond, genuinely caring about our situation and was able to tell us when it was coming to us and on what flight so we could track it (much more than havas or EasyJet would tell us, which was nothing)! Having spoke to other passengers this happened to no one else had a clue what was happening with their luggage.
Thanks again Angela, if I could give more than 5 stars I would and we will be booking again in the future ????????
