I wanted to write and say a huge THANK YOU for being a brilliant Travel Counsellor! As usual, you found us a fantastic holiday within budget and our requirements, answering any questions beforehand and supplying us with all of our documents and information required. When we got to Gatwick on Saturday 22nd July we didn't know what was to come...a hugely delayed flight at the airport as people around us were reacting to the news of the fires on Rhodes. After speaking to you, you checked our hotel was still open (it was) and suggested if there was any issue with the transfer to get ourselves to the hotel and TC would reimburse us. Unfortunately while we were in the air the situation on Rhodes had changed so when we landed at 4.00am local time the road to the hotel was closed. We were then transferred to a local evacuation centre along with many other families. While they were desperately trying to get through to some of the big operators, I spoke to yourself and to Duty Office who ascertained where we were and tried very hard to find us alternative accommodation/flights home. In the end we managed to find a lift to our hotel with a volunteer and arrived later that day. You were in constant contact with us to check that we were safe, offering us reassurances and also advice. As a family we felt secure that you and TC had our best interests at heart and made what was a hugely stressful experience a whole lot more manageable. So thank you once again, I honestly don't know why anyone wouldn't use Travel Counsellors for their trip bookings. We were also very appreciative of the 'Welcome Home' pack waiting on our doorstep at 1.00am when we arrived home!

Anita is always very helpful, kind and understanding of the travel difficulties when incurring the barriers presented to a totally blind person and their Guide Dog, like myself. Although my needs may be fairly straightforward in normal travel terms. Anita has always been there searching for the best options for me to navigate. I love travelling when I can and Anita has enabled me to do so in a reliable and fun way.

Anita has been amazing in not only booking mine and my daughter's European break but also accommodation and airport transfer for my husband and son. Also our travel insurance. My husband managed to lose his phone in a taxi and then his luggage! Anita was responding and trying to help us very early in the morning. She goes above and beyond and very generous with her time. It was a real relief to have her support before, during and after our holidays.

Anita goes above and beyond to ensure that you get the best holiday. It starts from the moment that you engage with her to try and find that perfect experience, and it carries on all the way through until you are actually there. She does all the hard work out of arranging a holiday so that you don't have to (after all it is supposed to be a holiday!). Just a short note to say thank you for the lovely flowers which arrived for us when we got home on Saturday morning. A really nice touch and totally unexpected. We had an amazing holiday and everything went to plan, thanks to your intricate detailed and well thought out schedule. The two hotels, Albatross and Romantik in Zermatt and Chur were excellent, with caring friendly staff. We loved the amazing train rides even if we did have to wait for the snow plough to arrive during the trip on the Glacier Express following a small landslide, which added to the fun and excitement. In fact it was a good excuse to have an extra G&T and stretch our legs outside the train until the snow plough arrived! We would have no hesitation in using you again and recommending your company. All in all a wonderful holiday and a big thank you from us all

Anita has been most helpful and has researched widely to find the right destination as I requested and more so especially with regards to my travelling with my Guide Dog. Always polite, approachable and with good humour. I would highly recommend her to both friends and colleagues.

You found exactly what my friend and I were looking for once we had given you our criteria and were so patient when offering options and ideas. From that stage you over saw all of the bookings and arrangements to make sure the whole eight days went by smoothly, from checking us in with BA, arranging transport to and from the hotel to even calling the hotel to make sure that we had quiet rooms, which was essential for us. The attention to detail was second to none. The little touches of the hand made chocolates with the lovely message to the unbelievable bag of essential breakfast goodies left on my door step for my 1.30am return home was the icing on the cake.
