Booking our trip with Barbara was made very easy by her knowledge & professionalism. We explained what we wanted & when - we had done some research, & Barbara was very quickly able to put together a detailed package with some options for us to choose from. We further explored those options & went back to Barbara with our preferences. She also mentioned a couple of things that we hadn't thought of as well. All done quickly & easily by phone & email. Our trip is now booked & not only was the booking process very easy, we know that if world events etc occur, help is available through Barbara at this end.

If you are planning a bucket-list trip, look no further than Barbara! She recently organised and booked the most incredible trip to Lapland for us, and honestly, we are still smiling. She covered every detail, from the beautiful glass-roofed cabin to the amazing excursions even going as far as to hand-deliver our tickets! It was so reassuring knowing all the logistics were handled by a professional, allowing us to just soak up the Northern Lights and enjoy our time together. From start to finish, everything was seamless and perfectly organised. Barbara took care of every single detail and we will definitely be booking our next adventure with her!

Can't recommend Barbara highly enough. Recommended by a friend who regularly uses her, I decided to ask Barbara to quote for a Christmas break to the Maldives for myself and my family, despite rarely using a travel agent & preferring to book independently. Barbara easily eclipsed several other travel agents in Prestbury and Wilmslow who were coming up with holidays that were either over-priced or ignored our specifications. Barbara found several options of great flights and excellent resorts and we had a brilliant break with our end choice; it was as if covid hadn't happened for two weeks. Prior to booking, all my questions were answered super promptly, regardless of whether it was weekend or evening, Barbara personally delivered all our paperwork and sorted all our check ins and boarding passes, and when we decided to extend our stay last minute while out in the maldives Barbara sorted everything - on Christmas Eve!!! I would really like to recommend the services of Travel Counsellor Barbara Sutton. When our summer holiday plans to Spain fell through, I contacted Barbara to ask for her advice & help on booking to go to Greece instead. Have always booked flights, accommodation etc myself but having realised the benefit & security of booking a package, Barbara’s knowledge, help and guidance was invaluable. At a time of such uncertainty in travelling abroad it made such a difference to know she was there at the end of the phone for any queries or issues. Barbara even hand delivered our travel documents!! Our family break to Kos was just amazing and we’re already looking at enlisting her help again to put together a package for a special holiday next year to celebrate a big birthday!!

Just come back from another great holiday organised by Barbara, this time in Fuerteventura. Throughout the process she is always friendly, helpful and organised, even writing out our baggage labels for us and providing a map of the island. Barbara also kept an eye on the seat reservations ready to alert us if we needed to pay to reserve seats in advance of check-in to ensure our family could sit together. In the end we didn’t need to pay as she was able to get us seats together when online check-in opened 24hrs before flying both outbound and inbound. Barbara is easily contactable even when abroad to clarify/resolve any issues. Whilst away she emailed us the boarding passes so all we needed to do was print them out at the hotel and present at the check-in desk thus making the journey smoother and less stressful. Barbara took care of the booking for our recent holiday to The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun. Nothing is too much trouble for her, both pre and post holiday. I've been booking our holidays online through Travel Republic for the past few years but this involved literally days/weeks of trawling through reviews and just keeping my fingers crossed that everything was going to be OK. We contacted Barbara to arrange a special holiday to Mauritius for us. Everything was perfect, like clockwork. She was efficient , helpful and knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble. She even hand wrote our luggage labels! She had even contacted the hotel and had a welcome note put in our room on arrival. Since coming back she rang to have a chat to make sure everything was ok.
