Before joining Travel Counsellors, I spent many years helping clients solve complex challenges in the business world. That taught me the importance of listening, anticipating needs and thinking several steps ahead—skills I now bring to every itinerary I create.

Food has always been another passion of mine. Having previously worked as a chef, I know that some of the world's greatest travel memories are created around the dinner table. Whether it's discovering a family-run taverna in Greece, dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant or learning to cook with local ingredients, I believe food is one of the most authentic ways to connect with a destination.

Above all, I believe travel should create fulfilment.
