We have just come home after an incredible holiday organised by Ben - our Travel Counsellor. The itinerary was complex, very different from how we have holidayed before but nothing was too much trouble. Ben put together a Virgin Voyages cruise sailing the from San Juan to the Caribbean, Bahamas and terminating in Miami. The itinerary incorporated connecting flights, hotels, private transfers and the cruise package. Every element of the journey was explicit through the myTC app, clear and easy to use including payments. He checked us into our flights, booked our seats, updated any flight changes, organised ESTAs and ensured we were happy at each stage. All we had to do was literally turn up! What can we say, the personal service was second to none. Amazing and professional throughout, hence we won’t be using anyone else… This is the way forward for us for future holidays and travel. I will definitely be recommending Ben to friends, colleagues and family for any vacation. It was reassuring that should we have had any problems/difficulties we had a direct number to Ben and wouldn’t have had to wait in long queues on hold to competitor travel companies. We had a rather challenging sailing holiday brief for Ben. After a few questions to clarify our needs he very quickly delivered everything we were looking for and we have a very very exciting holiday booked. It starts with a city break before going aboard a private yacht sailing from Italy to Croatia.
