Hello my name is Bernie Cundins and I am a travel counsellor based in Harlow Essex, where I have lived with my husband and three kids, for 13 years.
I have been in the travel industry for over 25 years, working in High Street agencies, as well as behind the scenes in tour operators building brochure packages.
My experience as a travel agent taught me the importance of listening to my customers’ needs, giving attention to detail and being readily available when needed.
Over the years I have become a specialist for Disney and also weddings, which teamed up nicely finding that perfect honeymoon.
I have vast experience in booking dream holidays, so if it is a tailor made package across America, a cruise or just a short city break I can help.
I have been lucky enough to travel to many destinations including most of Spain, some off the beaten track, I have witnessed the amazing sights of Switzerland in summer and winter so even know the best ski resorts. As well as have been to America and the Caribbean to name just a few.
I as mum with 3 kids I also know the importance of the right family hotel and facility's and a how a board basis/airport can make a big difference.
So whatever you holiday requirements to book that dream break or your family getaway I am the girl for you, I am not just here 9 to 5 like the high street I am available outside of office hours as well, 7 days a week.
