Amazing Safari & Zanzibar Experience We have just returned from an amazing Safari & Zanzibar experience, and Bianca Whalley completely understands your requirements from day 1. The fantastic itinerary she put together for this holiday was nothing short of breathtaking, it was our “bucket list” holiday and Bianca certainly delivered that. All the lodges, tented camps and hotels chosen were fantastic, the company used for the Safari were brilliant, and totally ethical when it came to your safety, and the interactions with the animals. The amount of work Bianca puts in on your behalf is something you just wouldn’t get with a “high street agency”, she does truly deliver a bespoke, personal and professional service. Posted 22nd September 2025 Just home from a Perfect Holiday My husband and I have just come home from a wonderful holiday to Montenegro and Croatia. This was a new holiday destination for us, and so we discussed our plans with Bianca at Travel Consultants and left the rest for her to organise for us. What an amazing job she did, she thought of every detail for us and arranged a perfect holiday. Everything went so smoothly from the perfectly timed flights, private taxi transfers, to our 3 hotel stays, getting better and better each time. Bianca even messaged us to make sure we had arrived okay and on our return phoned us for an honest review. The only issue we had was that our hotel in Montenegro was a little further out than perhaps was ideal, although this did not spoil our holiday one bit. We would recommend Bianca at Travel Counsellors to anyone who wanted a special holiday.

Posted 14th October 2025 First family holiday.... Booking through TC was effortless and no trouble at all at any stage. Bianca Whalley was our consultant and from day 1 listened to our requirements and tailored an amazing holiday for us. The hotel was beautiful, the flight times were perfect, transfers all on time etc.... everything went as smooth as it could. The only very small downside and this isnt the fault of Bianca was that the swim up room we paid a fair bit more for was not usable due to the temperature of the water. The room didnt get any sun so couldnt warm it up at all. We will be booking our next holiday very soon and will definitely be using Bianca to help again.

Bianca managed to sort a fabulous week for our family, we are a party of 5, 3 from the south east and 2 from Leeds, Bianca worked with us to try and find the best holiday taking into consideration logistics which made the search a little more complicated, however she managed to find solutions for us. Date of experience: 15 August 2023 Amazing friendly and efficient service! First time booking through Travel Counsellors for us and Bianca didn’t disappoint! We explained our ‘brief’ for a last-minute mini-moon idea and were given a few options to choose from location and price-wise. We chose Santorini and it was just incredible in every way! Bianca made booking a break so stress-free for us at that crazy busy time pre-wedding - only a few conversations were needed to organise, book, and pay for our perfect mini-moon, at convenient times for us. All of the necessary documents were printed and delivered to us, as well as sent electronically. The bottle of bubbles was an extra special touch! Bianca also messaged to check in with us on our arrival, while we were away and on our return. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for better service or a more perfect mini-moon! Traveled in August 2023 This is the easiest 5* review I have given. We booked our holiday to Barcelona with Bianca Whalley and would recommend her highly. Nothing was too much trouble, she was attentive, friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable, I felt like she was my very own personal assistant, I would message her every time I had something on my mind, thinking she would reply during office hours but my replies came straight back! The booking process was stress-free and simple, Bianca checked us in, booked our seats, sorted our transfer, and produced a wonderful itinerary Once in Barcelona, Bianca contacted us with the transfer details and checked we were ok, she then checked in with us again to update us on the transfer back home again. We have already booked our dream holiday to Australia with her, and would not hesitate to book more. You deserve all the 5* reviews Bianca!

Traveled in September 2023 Magical South African Safari We booked our South African Safari with Bianca Whalley. This isn't our first bucket list holiday booked with her. Bianca knew it was on our list and found this amazing trip for us. The lodges at The Sebatana Private Reserve are gorgeous. The food, staff, and Safari drives are just incredible. Bianca as usual saw to everything for us, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Her service to us and the holiday itself were both first-class. We'd love to return there one day. And of course. Bianca will be in charge of our trip.

Traveled in September 2023 something special for our 30th wedding anniversary I was looking for something special for our 30th wedding anniversary. Decided on a river cruise down the Nile but wanted a hotel stay afterwards. Thankfully I found Bianca Whalley, she listened to what we were looking for and understood. The fabulous trip she arranged for us was something I could never have imagined, it was perfect in every way. We had a 3-night stay in Cairo a week cruise then a relaxing 4 nights in Luxor. Every aspect of our journey was booked/managed to perfection. Will recommend Bianca 5*

We gave a brief to our Travel Counsellor ,Bianca Whalley, regarding budget , countries to visit but with an open request for a suggested itinerary. Within a few days, a plan had been put together, by Bianca, and forwarded to us. The detail of her response gave us the greatest confidence that we had chosen the right travel company to deliver. This holiday from the 31st of January to the 18th of March was a bucket list idea to cover the three countries, Japan, New Zealand and Thailand that enthused us. Our ages of 74 and 63 meant that this was to be a holiday of a lifetime with memories to be cherished for the rest of our lives. Our experience totally rewarded in every aspect and this must be acknowledged with our thanks to Bianca and the backup team that TC must have provided. A brilliant and extremely knowledgeable Travel Councillor. Took note of all ours needs and surpassed them. Fully looking forward to going on our Holiday, arranged by Bianca, which removed much of the stress.
