Hi, I am Catherine and I am your local Travel Counsellor based in Leonard Stanley, near Stroud in Gloucestershire. I have lived in this area for 30 years with my husband. We are incredibly lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the country and although we love to travel, coming home is always a joy.

I first became aware of Travel Counsellors 14 years ago when travel was one of my responsibilities as a Procurement Specialist for an independent school in Bristol. As much as I would have loved to do this myself, I didn’t have the time or access to systems to book flights and accommodation for large groups of children so I looked for a solution. I was so impressed with the services the local Travel Counsellor offered that it became my dream to make a career change at the earliest opportunity.

Travel is my greatest passion and I love the excitement of researching new destinations and putting travel plans together for my family and friends and our local pub annual trips almost as much I as I love being on holiday.
