After over 40 years in travel as I have managed our family high street travel agency Golden Hind Travel since the 1980s in Grimsby then Cleethorpes I have seen how much things have changed so I have lots of experience to be able to be consistent with my clients and offer first hand advice to ensure you find your perfect holiday. I know there is lots of technology out there but I do know it is lovely to speak to a person and get personal advice which seems rare nowadays.
True 24/7 support, I don't close like the high street agents do at certain times, as this is my business which I pride myself with so I am here to help whenever you need me. I will even set my alarm at 0530 on a Sunday morning to check my clients in to ensure they get their seats together
.
As a thank you for your booking I always email out direct to my clients hotels to advise them of any special request my clients may have and to request for any courtesy room upgrades or complimentary extras to make your holiday extra special. As it is up to the hotels descretion I can't guarantee 100% I will get results but I do get lots of success stories so it is worth a try.
As my prices are normally the same as the prices you see you are not paying anymore to book with me so why not book with me, have full financial protection and full peace of mind !

From Dubai twice around the UAE,
From Singapore to Hong Kong with Celebrity cruises and my passion is cruising.
I always say as long as you choose the right cruise company for your personal request you will have an amazing time and that is where I come in with my first-hand advice ! It can make or break your cruise if you get the cabin in a noisy area etc, so small things are so important.

I book lots of weddings and Honeymoons with Sandals ultra all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean  together with the Beaches resorts for families which is the same group. I have been lucky enough to have stayed at most of the Sandals and Beaches resorts including Turks and Caicos so can advise you which is the best resort you would prefer !

City stay in Barcelona and a Holland America cruise around the Med in August 2017
We stayed at the Novotel Barcelona city hotel in Barcelona and had 3 night stay in this wonderful city. We explored the Las Ramblas Area and had a wonderful time in such a vibrant city - especially seeing all of the Gaudi buildings.
