Over the years, I’ve helped clients tick off bucket list adventures across the globe — to destinations like Australia, Thailand, Indonesia, Canada, Japan, Mauritius, the USA and beyond. My own travels have taken me far and wide too, from island-hopping and volunteering with elephants in Thailand, to road-tripping through Australia, enjoying luxury escapes and cruising through the Caribbean, as well as countless European holidays and city breaks. I’ve also had the opportunity to travel solo, which has given me a unique sense of independence and a deeper connection to the places I visit.

We have had a fantastic trip to Oman organised by Claire. She organised the trip based on what we knew we wanted. She was able to give us several quotes with different options for hotel deals and choice of rooms until we got the package we were happy with. It was very easy to contact Claire on WhatsApp or email and she always responded quickly when we had questions. It was lovely to let Claire make all our arrangements and all for a reasonable price.

First time booking!
We booked with Claire for a nice little girls weekend, and it could not have been made any easier. It's our first time booking through a Travel Counsellor, and we originally gave Claire the wrong dates by accident, which she corrected for us within an hour with no issues. She couldn't have done more for us and saved us so much stress for our first trip! Fantastic Trip Organised by Claire Stow!
We had an incredible three-night stay at Tundrea Resort in Kilpisjarvi, Finland, and it wouldn’t have been the same without Claire’s excellent organisation and support.
From the very beginning, Claire ensured we had all the necessary information, especially about preparing for the cold weather, which made our trip so much easier. On arrival, we were delighted to find a thoughtful welcome message in our apartment, a personal touch that made us feel truly looked after. Throughout our stay, Claire was always available to answer any questions, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free.

We had the best experience in Canada to celebrate a key birthday, we told Claire where we wanted to go, what type of accommodation we'd like and she came back with an itinerary that suited us. Planes, trains, coaches and car hire all arranged along with a great choice in hotels. A few weeks before our trip one of the locations had to be removed due to wildfires and no tourists allowed, Claire quickly gave us other options to choose, all went well, we started in Vancouver for 3 nights, would recommend longer, then on the "Canadian" train to Kamloops for 3 nights. We were due to catch the train to Jasper but had to catch a coach to Banff, which turned out to be better, 7 nights was just right, loads to do and see at a steady pace (if you visit any lakes, go early to avoid the crowds, 7 - 8 am). We then hired a car while in Banff which made it easier, although buses are available. On to Calgary via a helicopter ride over the Rockies, which was amazing. 2 nights in Calgary was enough; not a great deal to see. First time in Canada, i doubt it will be our last beautiful place and nice people. Thank you Claire for another well-organised holiday.

We recently returned from a Safari and beach holiday in Tanzania and Zanzibar which was arranged for us by Claire, and I cannot recommend her highly enough as everything that she arranged was spot on. She listened to what we wanted and tailor made the holiday to our requirements which was a split holiday between two national parks and a beach hotel for relaxation at the end.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service from all the lodge and hotel staff and our guides were exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife and local culture, making every moment fascinating and educational.
The accommodations were top-notch, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort in the heart of nature and the food was delicious, featuring a variety of local and international dishes.
The game drives were amazing as we saw the Big Five up close, along with countless other animals in their natural habitat. Each game drive was thrilling and unique, providing endless opportunities for stunning photographs and unforgettable memories.
Overall, this Tanzania holiday was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that exceeded our expectations. The combination of awe-inspiring wildlife, luxurious accommodations, and exceptional service made it an unforgettable journey.

We've just got home from a 5-week holiday in Australia via 3 days in Singapore and it was amazing! Claire Stow organised it all for us and we wouldn't change a thing. All the day trips and activities booked for us were done through great companies, the transfers went without a hitch and she even checked us in for all our internal flights. Never again are we booking stuff ourselves while on holiday. Highly recommend her services!

Claire Stow arranged my 4 night trip to New York city, it’s been my dream for as long as I can remember to visit the city, the flight times were perfect and included a city pass in the package to visit all the major attractions, which I managed to do as the pass was so easy to use, she was always on the other end of the phone for any questions or queries and all the flight, pass and hotel details were in the app you download, the hotel itself was amazing and the location even better, less than a 5 minute walk into Times Square. The holiday itself was absolutely unbelievable, memories I will never forget! It was also the 1st time I’d ever travelled abroad solo and with Claire being that experienced herself it put me at ease knowing what I needed, this isn’t the 1st time I’ve used Claire to arrange a holiday and it most certainly won’t be the last, she’s amazing at what she does and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Claire arranged a fantastic holiday to Canada and New York for us. It was a special celebration holiday and Claire took the ideas we had and the timeframe and built a fantastic holiday that packed so much in. We had four flights, three hire cars, ten hotels…. She built it round our request to go on the Rocky Mountaineer train journey which has a set timetable but everything else fitted around it perfectly. She suggested various excursions and then booked the ones we liked. Then when I went back and asked her to arrange for our daughter to meet us in New York but fly from a different UK airport she sorted that too. She checked us in for our flights and remained in touch throughout the holiday in case of any difficulties. The only difficulty we had was when I misread some dates!
We had a wonderful holiday and I would definitely recommend contacting Claire to book your next trip!

From the start of our booking experience, Claire worked tirelessly to get us an anniversary trip to remember within budget. Claire pulled out all the stops getting us a two-centre booking on the Amalfi. A great hotel in the centre of Sorrento and a luxury spa stay in Minori.
First class transfers, great trips and great restaurant recommendations. Claire and the Travel Counsellors team gave us the perfect 20th anniversary celebration.
Before the trip, Claire would work with us out of our hours on Saturdays and evenings. She also kept in touch whilst we were away arranging a bottle of fizz on our arrival at our second hotel.

Great girls long weekend in Malaga - Claire thought of everything - even a hotel with a slide into reception! Great transfers, prosecco on arrival and the most fantastic day at a beach Club. Would highly recommend!

Claire organised a fabulous family holiday to Cyprus for us. For many years now (not including lockdown) I have been determined to have a proper holiday but when I start scrolling I am overwhelmed by choice. Claire took all that away, she understood what I wanted from a holiday and came back to me with a shortlist of possible destinations and accommodation for us to choose and booked everything for us. She even rang the hotel before we arrived to ask about upgrading to a sea view which we got!! She also checked us in before our flight. We have just come back from this holiday and it was perfect. Earlier this year I was struggling to find accommodation in Edinburgh for a wedding and wondered if Claire could help and of course she did booking us a great hotel with only a matter of weeks to go (again my scrolling had been fruitless). Claire was brilliant at booking two of our holidays!
She first booked Mykonos and Santorini for us, as well as airport parking. Claire sorted our accommodation, flights, transfers and restaurants. It really was a stress-free and easy experience.
We were so impressed we booked a last-minute trip to Lisbon through Claire. Again the service was brilliant, she sent us things to do and was able to research and book us excursions whilst we were away.

Just back from a fantastic holiday booked by Claire. The brief was a city break followed by a relaxing beach holiday in a small town. Claire booked us the perfect holiday staying in a really cute apartment in Barcelona in the Eixample district which is so gorgeous & a great central location followed by a week in Pals in a lovely villa. The entire holiday from flights to transfers and car hire were sorted making it a hassle-free bespoke trip. I would recommend anyone to book with Claire.

We wanted a family holiday in Dorset but had never visited the area before so didn't know where to start.
Claire was able to find a range of accommodation within our price range and sorted this according to our priorities. In addition, she researched local activities and attractions so we could build an itinerary of things to do throughout our stay.
The accommodation was lovely and we had a ready-made list of things to do before we even set off.
This took so much pressure off and meant we could relax and enjoy our holiday even more.
