I just wanted to take a moment to say a massive thank you for organising our skiing and snowboarding trip to Mayrhofen. The last thing on my mind during our final night of après-ski was checking in, but you had it all covered—receiving our boarding passes by email was just another example of your incredible attention to detail. We had the best experience in Canada to celebrate a key birthday, we told Claire where we wanted to go, what type of accommodation we'd like and she came back with an itinerary that suited us. Planes, trains, coaches and car hire all arranged along with a great choice in hotels. A few weeks before our trip one of the locations had to be removed due to wildfires and no tourists allowed, Claire quickly gave us other options to choose, all went well, we started in Vancouver for 3 nights, would recommend longer, then on the "Canadian" train to Kamloops for 3 nights. We were due to catch the train to Jasper but had to catch a coach to Banff, which turned out to be better, 7 nights was just right, loads to do and see at a steady pace (if you visit any lakes, go early to avoid the crowds, 7 - 8 am). We then hired a car while in Banff which made it easier, although buses are available. On to Calgary via a helicopter ride over the Rockies, which was amazing. 2 nights in Calgary was enough; not a great deal to see. First time in Canada, i doubt it will be our last beautiful place and nice people. Thank you Claire for another well-organised holiday.

We recently returned from a Safari and beach holiday in Tanzania and Zanzibar which was arranged for us by Claire, and I cannot recommend her highly enough as everything that she arranged was spot on. She listened to what we wanted and tailor made the holiday to our requirements which was a split holiday between two national parks and a beach hotel for relaxation at the end. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service from all the lodge and hotel staff and our guides were exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife and local culture, making every moment fascinating and educational. The accommodations were top-notch, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort in the heart of nature and the food was delicious, featuring a variety of local and international dishes. The game drives were amazing as we saw the Big Five up close, along with countless other animals in their natural habitat. Each game drive was thrilling and unique, providing endless opportunities for stunning photographs and unforgettable memories. Overall, this Tanzania holiday was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that exceeded our expectations. The combination of awe-inspiring wildlife, luxurious accommodations, and exceptional service made it an unforgettable journey. I would highly recommend Claire to arrange your holiday.

We've just got home from a 5-week holiday in Australia via 3 days in Singapore and it was amazing! Claire Stow organised it all for us and we wouldn't change a thing. Claire Stow arranged my 4 night trip to New York city, it’s been my dream for as long as I can remember to visit the city, the flight times were perfect and included a city pass in the package to visit all the major attractions, which I managed to do as the pass was so easy to use, she was always on the other end of the phone for any questions or queries and all the flight, pass and hotel details were in the app you download, the hotel itself was amazing and the location even better, less than a 5 minute walk into Times Square. The holiday itself was absolutely unbelievable, memories I will never forget! It was also the 1st time I’d ever travelled abroad solo and with Claire being that experienced herself it put me at ease knowing what I needed, this isn’t the 1st time I’ve used Claire to arrange a holiday and it most certainly won’t be the last, she’s amazing at what she does and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Claire arranged a fantastic holiday to Canada and New York for us. It was a special celebration holiday and Claire took the ideas we had and the timeframe and built a fantastic holiday that packed so much in. We had four flights, three hire cars, ten hotels…. She built it round our request to go on the Rocky Mountaineer train journey which has a set timetable but everything else fitted around it perfectly. She suggested various excursions and then booked the ones we liked. Then when I went back and asked her to arrange for our daughter to meet us in New York but fly from a different UK airport she sorted that too. She checked us in for our flights and remained in touch throughout the holiday in case of any difficulties. The only difficulty we had was when I misread some dates! We had a wonderful holiday and I would definitely recommend contacting Claire to book your next trip!

From the start of our booking experience, Claire worked tirelessly to get us an anniversary trip to remember within budget. Claire pulled out all the stops getting us a two-centre booking on the Amalfi. A great hotel in the centre of Sorrento and a luxury spa stay in Minori. First class transfers, great trips and great restaurant recommendations. Claire and the Travel Counsellors team gave us the perfect 20th anniversary celebration. Claire organised a fabulous family holiday to Cyprus for us. For many years now (not including lockdown) I have been determined to have a proper holiday but when I start scrolling I am overwhelmed by choice. Just back from a fantastic holiday booked by Claire. The brief was a city break followed by a relaxing beach holiday in a small town. Claire booked us the perfect holiday staying in a really cute apartment in Barcelona in the Eixample district which is so gorgeous & a great central location followed by a week in Pals in a lovely villa. The entire holiday from flights to transfers and car hire were sorted making it a hassle-free bespoke trip. I would recommend anyone to book with Claire.

Just had 3 nights in a lovely cottage in Northumberland which we booked via Claire. I cannot fault Claire's service - she found exactly what we were looking for in a really short timescale. We will definitely be using her again!

We wanted a family holiday in Dorset but had never visited the area before so didn't know where to start.
