I met Claire some months ago and realised that she might be able to help me on booking a tour of the Alhambra during my family holiday to Andalucia. However, I left it until the last minute, only a week or so before departure, to contact her. Even at that late stage, nothing was too much trouble. Claire sorted out a family room in a fascinating hotel in Granada, ideally placed for exploring the part of the city that appealed, and arranged for us to have a morning tour of the Alhambra with an English-speaking guide, the delightful Isabella. Claire even made sure that we had directions to the car parking for the hotel (outside a restricted zone) before we left for Spain. I'd certainly recommend Claire's services to anyone planning a trip. For us, her extra experience, the convenience of the arrangements and her network of contacts transformed what could have been a stressful excursion into a great experience that we'll all remember for a long time and for all the right reasons!

I have been very impressed with Claire and the way she handled the holiday requirements I had. She booked the most amazing hotel in Italy which exceeded all my expectations and she organised the flights and transfers with no fuss. This really did take the stresses out of my travel planning (as a full time working mum with a small child I have little free time and found her service a godsend). She is polite, approachable and always responded very quickly to any enquiries we had . I am sure my other travel companions will be using Claire in the future for many stress free holidays.

With a busy life, I don't have time to search the internet looking for the "perfect holiday", which is why I asked Claire to help when I booked a short break for the parents and a holiday for myself. Both times Claire has been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The service I received from her was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to use her again. After years of spending many hours googling to find the perfect holiday along came Claire as a Travel Counsellor and a bit like a fairy godmother you just tell her what you want and she goes away and magics it up. She found things I wouldn't have known existed and it feels like having a PA. It's amazing that it doesn't cost any extra to get what feels like very much a VIP service and access to all the operators and travel companies. It was also good while I was away to know that she was just a phone call away if I needed help with anything. I am a Travel Counsellor convert.
