How do I start? Dawn has now booked many holidays for us small and large, I would recommend her to everyone I know and have done on numerous occasions. I wanted to write today about going above and beyond ! After 6 days in Italy myself and my husband enjoyed a private transfer to the Amilfi Coast, after checking in seamless we decided to walk to the centre for lunch. Within 10 minuate s I had fell on my ankle and broken my foot in 3 places ! We called the insurance company ( I won't mention which one! ) and unhelpful is a word I would use! I then texted Dawn to see if she was able to offer any help, she was just amazing jumped to swapping seats on flights organising assistance with EasyJet (who were brilliant and can't thank enough April and her team on the return Naples flight) . Dawn arranged everything even got the hotel to print the tickets changed the transfer to give us more time at airport in case we weren't able to check in quickly. I know she spoke directly to EasyJet on the Saturday and again on the Monday to make the transiston as smooth as it was. We arrived home on Monday to more assistance from the ground crew at stanstead who were also brilliant, without Dawns intervention I can see how many issues we would of come across, it was a brilliant hoilday and even with the accident at the end I couldn't have asked for more from Dawn she went above and beyond even my expectations. Thank you Dawn and congratulations to travel counsellors for having such a amazing member of staff that is so Willing to help in her own time, regardless of the time or the place.

I cannot recommend Dawn’s services highly enough. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, always getting in touch when she said she would, and providing lots of helpful advice and suggestions along the way. Never putting any pressure on us to rush decisions which can so often be the case. A much more personal service then I have ever experienced through a travel agent! The hotels recommended by Dawn were outstanding, and we were provided with a good selection to choose from to suit exactly what we asked for. Everything was printed and posted to us from flight details to hotel accommodation details and airport transfers - the whole process could not have been easier. We had an issue whilst away, and due to weather problems, missed a flight connection and faced a 24 hour delay. I contacted Dawn, only to ask her to notify our next destination, but she went above and beyond what I could ever have expected by arranging overnight accommodation for us and rearranging our transfer details for the following day... all of which was done on what would have been a Sunday evening for Dawn!!! An excellent holiday. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Dawn highly enough - and will be doing so to all friends and family. I have never used a Travel Counsellor before having travelled extensively myself and always booked online independently. However, the opportunity of a trip of a lifetime to Australia with my mum has arisen and wanting to get it just right I have taken the recommendation of my aunt to use Dawn. She has been courteous, interested in how I wanted the holiday to unfold, prompt, accurate and full of expert advice and guidance. However, the most important thing for me is that she has understood that as a full time teacher I have been unable to hold lengthy phonecalls during the working day and has kindly contacted me in the evenings - this has been invaluable to me and I thank her for her extra professional efforts towards helping me. I cannot recommend Dawn highly enough.

we just had a holiday of a lifetime,everything was perfect we went to america for our 60th birthdays and our 40th aniversary, we went to San Francisco, Monterey, Cambria [cowbow country] Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, San Diego, then Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans. every plane,car and a double decca train from Memphis to New Orleans [highly recommended was spot on,we cant recommend Dawn enough she was brilliant, she even emailed ahead and five out of nine hotels upgraded us, again brillient,we will without doubt us dawn again for future holidays. lesley and tony andrews

We had a great holiday all the arrangements worked well, off the plane into the pre booked car and off to the hotel in less than half an hour. Dawn and I spent ages choosing the right hotel for our needs and it was just perfect, pool and games room for the children, food and decor just right for the adults. We were walking distance from Downtown Disney as requested. Well done Dawn.

Dawn prepared an excellent holiday for us for Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia, and was so willing to make minor changes we wanted. However it wasn't just the quality of the holiday that impressed, but the overall attention to making sure everything was in order, including visas, money, pick ups etc etc. Even whilst we were away Dawn was on hand. We will definitely be using her services again.

Just returned from another sunny week in Tenerife, why do people always believe it’s full of teenagers and drunken English people! We have been travelling to the island on average once a year for the last 14 years, for the last eight we have used Dawn at Travel Counsellors, as well as for other holidays. When we only have a week and need a little sun Tenerife always delivers. Dawn is fantastic at finding the right holiday for us, when my daughter was younger it was more about entertainment and all inclusive for the ice cream , now its self catering and further out of town, we do like a walk! I can’t describe the joy of not only not worrying about parking at the airport (meet and greet) to finding the perfect getaway once there! No budget is judged as sometimes you just want a ‘cheap’ week in the sun. I have never yet been disappointed with any of the accommodation Dawn has found for us. The flights and guides were great and the hotels were fantastic. Cambodia was our particular favourite. You provided a flexible service which after many swops and changes was perfect. We stayed at The Hotel Riu Monica in Nerja. Fantastic holiday thanks to Dawn for her expert advice and organisation. The room we had was first class with a superb view and excellent amenities.Transfer to and from the hotel was very efficient. Our holiday was fantastic - Vista Cay was even better than last year (the exec condo is just amazing) and the Trump International in Miami is worth every penny. I would certainly recommend it. Dawn organised our family trip to the USA this year and did a great job. We had ideas around what we wanted to do e.g. Vegas, National Parks, San Francisco, Big Sur and ideally then New York. Dawn's effort and input ensured we had a fantastic family holiday. The itinerary she developed meant travel times worked, hotels were ideal, her tips were helpful and we were within budget.

Hi Dawn Well we had a fantastic wedding, a really perfect day, followed by an AMAZING honeymoon! We want to send you a BIG thank you for all your organisation, advice, and hotel tip-offs. The hotels in Kauai, Maui and Oahu gave us a bottle of champagne, Big Island gave us a photo frame, and Maui also upgraded us to a suite! We played frisbee in it just cos we could! The hotel in Chicago had expected us the night before, but we arrived early the following morning after our flight. They seemed very pushed for rooms so also put us in a suite! All of the islands were completely different and we made the most of them all: snorkelling, swimming with turtles, boat trips to extinct craters, fresh lava flow, space observatory, canyons, rainforests, waterfalls, Pearl Harbour, coffee farms, mac nut farms, cocktails, great fresh food... the list is endless! We also has a great time in San Francisco with the highlight of Alcatraz, and we really fell for Chicago. Spent a long time wandering around, getting a boat out onto the lake, listening to live Jazz & blues, and eating huge pizzas!!! Overall, an absolutely fabulous trip - thank you!
