I am your Personal Travel Agent who can make dashing around travel agents in your lunch hour or spending valuable time trawling the internet looking for the ideal holiday a thing of the past - you just call me, when it suits you, and we can discuss your holiday requirements. Booking your holiday should be the first part of a delightful experience, not a chore, and I am here to make that happen. Let me introduce myself, you’ll need to know who you’re talking to when you make that call!
My name is DAWN KIRMAN and I have worked full-time in the travel industry since 1995; I became a Travel Counsellor in 2000 and, since then have become a Gold Travel Counsellor in the top percentage of agents selling over £1 million of travel a year.
I have a large client base of leisure travellers and can arrange package holidays or make the perfect holiday tailored to your individual requirements. I am born and bred in Cleethorpes but it’s not the only beach I’ve been on so, if you want advice on different hotels and resorts, please ask ... I have travelled extensively visiting beaches in the summer, ski slopes in the winter, and various cities on weekend breaks; however if I’ve not visited the area you are interested in, I can contact one of our 1,250 Travel Counsellors and together we can benefit from their expert local knowledge.
Please remember our Company motto “with us ... it’s personal”, this means that our relationship doesn’t finish when you receive your tickets. If you have any questions about your holiday, flights or accommodation, you simply need to pick up the phone and I can put any worries to rest. I can organise an airport VIP experience with airport lounges, fast track security lane passes and even ship your luggage before you travel so that it’s waiting at your hotel on arrival - as I mentioned before, I am here to make your holiday a delight!
