10/10 Had a delay at Manchester which caused us to miss the connecting flight. Early morning Deborah acted quickly and got us booked on a later flight, without Deborah doing this we would have probably lost a full day to 2 days of our holiday. I cannot praise Deborah enough she is an essential part of booking a holiday in fact a must. Would recommend Deborah to anyone, hassle free travel with this travel counsellor.
