We had an amazing trip to Kerala, Dina arranged everything from flights, transfers, accommodation and trips. She planned everything meticulously and she also was very flexible. We changed dates and the schedule a few times and she always accommodated our requirements. She found really good flight times and connections and even arranged a private driver for the entire trip which was amazing. We couldn't have arranged this trip without her and her level of attention was second to none. She was so professional, friendly and was always on hand to answer all our questions. We contacted Deena to help us book for a large group of our members from day centre. This was challenging in itself since we had to get the deal first and then pass the details to our members to book quickly due to constant price changes. However, we managed to book 22 places, and Deena was flexible for any changes we required, to do any wheelchair booking last minute, she is great at communication and takes personal interest in your holiday until you are safely back.
