There’s so much that could go wrong during a holiday and it’s very reassuring to know that with Dona you have a holiday expert who relieves you of all those worries and is available before, during and after your holiday to ensure all goes well. As an elderly, disabled first-time overseas air traveller Dona responded to my many enquiries with unending patience and reassurance. When my pre booked airport aid failed to assist me properly I emailed Dona from the States and she contacted the authorities to ensure that my return flight went without a hitch. Dona then submitted a report to the airline which was investigated, upheld and compensation offered. I could not have undertaken my trip without her expertise, patience and kindness.

When I was, several months ago, planning my trip to California, I started to spend quite a time on the internet trying to find flights, hotels etc. and then I remembered Dona! Within a couple of days she had come up with a bespoke itinerary for us at what I knew to be a good price and everything, which she organised went like clockwork. A few days ago, I asked for Dona’s advice concerning a planned holiday to San Francisco in November to celebrate the 30th wedding anniversary of Lynn and myself. Dona was quite busy because of travel companies going out of business etc but almost immediately she has come back to me with various options for hotels, flights etc as well as car rental for part of our stay in California. I had already spent a short time looking at various options so I know that what she has come up with is at a good price and she has saved me a lot of time which I would have spent organising the various component parts of the trip.
