10/10 Donna went above and beyond in organising our Canada holiday - spending many hours on a Bank Holiday afternoon evaluating and pricing several options and then booking everything for us. Outstanding customer service !!!

I have been booking our holidays with Donna for the last 2 years after being recommended to us. I have to say they were right when they said she is brilliant. Donna is always easy to contact and very quick to reply to any questions you have. Her knowledge about all the destinations I have chosen is amazing. I just book and leave the rest to Donna, she checks us in and sorts out all the paperwork and posts them out to me and even sends labels for our suitcases. She will even book any sightseeing tours for us. I was in a panic last year when I realised a day before going to Rome that I hadn't given Donna my new passport details, within an hour she had sorted it, amazing !! She really does take the stress out of everything.

Well, just come back from a fabulous holiday in Thailand to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Not being able decide where to go we enlisted the help of Donna Bailey, a travel consultant with tons of experience and knowledge. Everything was perfect, until 4 days before the end, and on our actual anniversary, when I became ill and was taken to hospital. Trying to sort out all the legal stuff with insurance, hospital etc was a nightmare, but we needn't have worried as Donna quickly came to our rescue. Even with the 7 hour time difference and Language difference, she dealt with absolutely everything and was in touch with us 24/7. I have heard people say that Donna goes above and beyond in the care of her clients, but for us it was more than that, she went to infinity and beyond and we can't thank her enough. You never know what can happen to you, and when you're a long way from home not knowing what's happening, having someone on the end of the phone saying 'don't worry, I'll sort it ' is fantastic. I will never go on holiday again without this wonderful lady, she is incredible. ??
