Ella was brilliant when it came to booking a Fuerteventura holiday. Wth just a short list of requirements she found us the perfect ville in a small resort on the island. We were only 6k from the airport so transfers were simple and quick. Nothing was too much trouble for her, even down to helping us complete all of the paperwork that was required re Covid before we left. I have already recommended her to many of my friends.

This time we gave Ella a huge challenge, not only in terms of short notice and timing of our holiday but the spec also. As ever Ella excelled herself and has arranged a fabulous break between Xmas and early January. It seems ages ago now but absolutely our holiday was amazing. Haven’t laughed and had so much fun in a long, long time. So glad we stopped off in Singapore, what an amazing place. boys have done bungee jumping, sky diving and seen some of the most amazing sights in the world. Ella is a fantastic Travel Counsellor and really makes a huge effort to understand you and your needs before offering her own opinion. This works so well because you end up looking at destinations you would never have even thought of before. Ella offers a tailor made service and finds beautiful locations and hotels that suit each individual. This year Ella took into consideration that I like beaches and wildlife, whereas my partner prefers cities and exploring. How did she get around this? We had five days in a city, five by the beach and then three days to break these locations up with an area that was new and different for both of us. What happened? We loved our three days the most. Ella really tries to push you out of your comfort zone but in a way that allows you to get the most out of a place, rather than to force you to do something you don't want to do. Ella is wonderful and we cannot recommend her or her services enough. We won't book with anyone else for our holidays. Thank you, Ella.
