Easy to speak to and to get along with ~ we've used Emma on a good number of occasions particularly with long haul trips to the US and the Maldives.

Emma is the best travel agent I have used, she is very pleasant, courteous, patient, gives lots of options and amends as needed, nothing is ever a problem, she is efficient, always able to answer questions and special requests for us, looks for great deals and we have never ever had a bad deal, she is great and we have recommended her to many others too.

What can I say about Emma...She's a star!!! We booked a holiday (1st in 12yrs) with Emma last year but unfortunately I had a stroke therefore couldn't go. This happened before we got travel insurance so we decided to change the dates instead of cancelling the holiday. Emma was so helpful and was a great support to us through the terrible terrible time. Emma Collier was our Travel Counselor who has gone above and beyond what was ever expected! Email replies were always instant, polite and very efficient! Nothing was ever too much trouble. She never once seemed pushy and had a vast amount of knowledge about our desired destination. We have in fact booked two holidays through her. We have just come back from New York and everything went perfectly! We will be recommending her to anyone and everyone!
