Emma was so helpful with the various changes that we had to make because our original flights routed through the Gulf. She kept in touch throughout the trip and managed to change our last night when we had a much earlier departure than originally planned. Wow! what an amazing holiday Emma organised for us to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. From the moment of first chatting to her about where we were thinking of going, to the day we took off, Emma and her team were on the ball the whole time. So professional and friendly, happy to make changes where necessary, sending out our brilliant wallet with every detail inside before we left, to make this a holiday of a lifetime. Our car hire was easy from beginning to end. Every hotel was just incredible and we were treated like VIP’s when we arrived with cards and wine or champagne in every room to celebrate a very special birthday! Even a secret hotel in Toronto!! The trip was flawless! From arriving at Boston, then visiting Vermont, Montreal, Kingston, Toronto, Niagara on the Lake and the unbelievable Niagara Falls and returning back to Toronto to fly home. Once away Emma’s concierge booked reservations for us at restaurants that even our hotel couldn’t arrange. The fact that everything had been paid for before we left made it all so much easier. We have just returned from an amazing honeymoon all planned and organised by Emma! From the moment we made our initial enquiry Emma really took the time to find out exactly what kind of thing we wanted for our honeymoon (which was initially quite a broad range of different places we were considering) and put together some fab options for us to decide between. The one we went for was absolutely amazing and everything from the travel to the hotel and extra excursions all completely surpassed our expectations. Emma was outstanding from start to finish - to say the trip was fraught with challenges due to Covid (PCR tests paperwork etc) and flight cancellations would be an understatement - but Emma was always on hand (even when she was away on her own trip to the the Maldives!) to sort things out with a calm cool head.

I absolutely recommend Emma! She is been helpful, efficient, diligent and supportive. From the beginning, she organised different journey packages based on our needs and she was willing to meet our request in a tempestive time. Nothing negative to say!

We started using emma before the pandemic for the holiday of a lifetime! Unfortunately that holiday was not meant to be due to covid! Emma sorted refunds very quickly! Then due to restrictions and ever changing advice we used emma to book our holidays during the pandemic, nothing was a bother and she was always on hand and there with the ever changing information! She’s booked all my long haul trips from flights, hotels, internal flights, transfers, extras etc to which worked like a dream! Emma completely removed the pain and hassle of looking through endless holiday options on the internet. Within 2 days of contacting her, we had found the perfect place within our budget. We worked with Emma to secure a break during half term. She was more responsive and more proactive than anyone I had worked with previously. It took less than 24hrs to identify a suitable option and to secure it for us. She was polite and knowledgeable throughout. Emma Diamond - Travel Counsellors A few weeks ago, my partner suggested that the two of us go on a short city break to Dubrovnik, now that travel regulations have begun to ease. Due to the pandemic, we’ve not been away for two years and I was rather reluctant to go away even now, with all the travel regulations, vaccines and the whole general idea of holidaying during a pandemic. But I needn’t have worried one bit. We booked through Emma Diamond of Travel Counsellors and she metaphorically held our hands through the whole process of booking, travelling and then returning. Nothing was too much trouble for her. And I really mean nothing. She found us the best flights and at the times we asked for them. She found us the best hotel in the location we wanted. She sorted out full Covid insurance, in case one of us came down with the virus, before or during the trip. She sorted out private car hire transfer from the airport to the hotel. In fact, she sorted out everything for us. The list is actually too long to mention. Before we went away, we received a folder from her, containing everything we needed for the trip, including a visitor's guidebook that she'd bought herself, luggage tags, a tourist map of the area and a long list of things to do for tourists. Everything you can imagine that we would need on the trip, to make it easier and more enjoyable. There was even a little handwritten card from Emma wishing us a lovely trip and that she hopes everything goes well. Emma also organised and ordered for us, the three Covid tests that were required before, during and after our trip. She even managed to upgrade our room to one with a seaview balcony, without even telling us, so that it was a surprise when we arrived at the hotel. In all the years that we’ve been travelling abroad, I’ve always been the one to do all the hard work and the research

Who needs the internet?! We’d spent 2 weeks fruitlessly looking for the right trip. 2 phone calls and an hour later and Emma had our trip sorted!!

Absolute gem of an agent. Managed to get 3 generations of our family, spread over 2 continents together for a family vacation, despite different starting locations, timeline requirements and the logistical complexities of covid restrictions. Made an amazing family reunion possible and was there to fight for us every step of the way, from budgets, to room requests and everything else. Tireless and professional. Even managed to save those of us affected by a UK red list change and get some of the last seats back to the UK and a refund for the unused nights at the hotel for that part of our party, even though the changes were announced at 11pm UK time. After a tumultuous 2020, I needed a holiday but didn't know where to go and was going solo. Enter Emma Diamond. From helping pin point the exact kind of holiday and location I was looking for, taking into account COVID restrictions, activities, weather and accommodation, to organising from start to finish my transport and accommodation, Emma smashed it out the park. Unfortunately, with the lockdown in November, it was against Government guidelines to travel so Emma had to rearrange my holiday multiple times but she was able to do this efficiently, leaving me with no stress or hassle. Further, I knew full well that, with the insurance Emma's company provide, my money was in safe hands. The few days prior to departure, Emma was there every step of the way to ensure that I had the correct documents for entry into the country. Notably, when my COVID home test did not arrive on time, Emma managed to get one sent to me the very same day. Safe to say, I had the best week of 2020 in St Lucia at the BodyHoliday. I'd recommend it to anyone, but mostly, I'd recommend Emma's 5* services!
