Hi, I’m Emma and I live in the Village of Eldwick with my husband and two daughters. Before becoming a Travel Counsellor in 2019 my career was in the Police Service. Now I spend my time creating unique travel experiences for my clients.
Travel has been a passion of mine for many years and the passion grows year upon year with all the new amazing destinations I discover. I want my children to experience all the places I have and more. Families can travel anywhere; the possibilities are endless. I have visited many Countries both before and with my children. Our favourite destinations so far have been the Greek Islands, Florida, Mexico and Thailand.

We were hugely impressed with the service that Emma provided in booking our honeymoon. She listened to what we wanted (which was a long list!) and came back to us the next day with everything we asked for, around the budget we wanted too. Two days later I we had paid the deposit without making any changes to the trip itinerary. We also love the myTC app where we can see all our agenda outlined in detail - brilliant. We haven't been on our tip yet, but if everything is as slick as the booking process then , it's going to be amazing. We will definitely be recommending Emma for booking any bespoke holidays.

I would recommend without hesitation, I have found Emma to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly throughout. Emma has been efficient when answering any questions or queries we had especially in relation to Covid 19 and entry requirements to our chosen destination. When I first started looking at booking Lapland I scoured the internet and quickly realised it’s a minefield. Emma was recommended to me, so I ask her if it’s something she could help me with...and she totally took over the job to sort everything!!! I couldn’t have asked for any more. She gave me price options, board options and area options including recommendations and even the down falls of each resort. Through Emma we’ve booked the dream holiday and I know without her help I would not have been able to research and book the holiday we have. If you’re booking a holiday and don’t know the area or what’s available use Emma and the travel counsellors!

Emma was fab, she’s found us a great holiday within budget and we now have something fabulous to look forward to. It took us quite a few attempts to actually decide what we wanted from our holiday. I tend to like to arrange my own trips and am very studious in getting the best value for money as possible. I priced a trip for myself and a group of friends and was happy with the cost. I contacted Emma after being given her details to see if she could beat the price I had obtained. After two hours she came back to me with the same trip, flights and accommodation, that I had obtained but had included breakfast for all my group for the duration. This saved an average of £50 per person for the three day stay.
