Emma was excellent. I asked for specific holiday plans and she provided a number of options. Once we had settled on our preferred holiday it was booked with 30mins.

We were hugely impressed with the service that Emma provided in booking our honeymoon. She listened to what we wanted (which was a long list!) and came back to us the next day with everything we asked for, around the budget we wanted too. Two days later I we had paid the deposit without making any changes to the trip itinerary. We also love the myTC app where we can see all our agenda outlined in detail - brilliant. We haven't been on our tip yet, but if everything is as slick as the booking process then , it's going to be amazing. We will definitely be recommending Emma for booking any bespoke holidays.

When I first started looking at booking Lapland I scoured the internet and quickly realised it’s a minefield. Emma was recommended to me, so I ask her if it’s something she could help me with...and she totally took over the job to sort everything!!! I couldn’t have asked for any more. I tend to like to arrange my own trips and am very studious in getting the best value for money as possible. I priced a trip for myself and a group of friends and was happy with the cost. I contacted Emma after being given her details to see if she could beat the price I had obtained. After two hours she came back to me with the same trip, flights and accommodation, that I had obtained but had included breakfast for all my group for the duration. This saved an average of £50 per person for the three day stay.
